I had 2 workers from the Charlottesville mall location come into the business I work in sit at my table for at least a hour & stiff me! The worst!! omg no class!! Your tipping is like your service HORRIBLE!! Embarrassing you both should be ashamed of yourselves! If you can't afford to tip don't come back. Ty in advance.

They played me at this store..they told me if i switch from Verizon to Tmobile i would get a $130 bill.. and all was a lie..im getting a $216 bill now.. STAY WHERE U ARE..DONT SWITCH TO TMOBILE

Store #837D, I went to this T-Mobile located in Fashion Square Mall, 16AUG2020, a Sunday. I had tried the T-Mobile across the street first, they did not answer when it said it was open, they missed out. I called this T-Mobile, Michell assured me "they were open and would take care of me ." Upon entering, noticed hand sanitizers and cleaning items on counters, face masks on employees, signs for social distancing, they would sanitize with every client leaving counter or as you picked up devices on display. I was there for a 10 inch tablet for my 74 year old mom and a phone for my 13 yr old. I have 3 other devices I had just switched to T-Mobile. Xavier checked on my tablet availability, Michell arranged an expedited delivery of my tablet to my mothers' home. Xavier and Jordan looked into the phones well within my budget AND their "bells and whistles". Xavier went across the street to pickup the phone I wanted. The staff was super helpful and friendly! When I got the tablet, I had some technical issues, called shop, Michell picked up and helped me and was very helpful as she asked how it was going and told me don't be afraid to call. All is Good, my mother loves the tablet. Thank you T-Mobile.

T mobile location at Pantops, we returned 4 phones and 14 synups. To our surprised that store manager never turned in the phones to corporate office. Long story short , my business partner was sent to collections for a bill that we never owned it. They will ruin your credit, stay away!

The lady who called her self manager was rude. She didn’t solve my issue, because of her staff person I have to pay double than I suppose to pay. I went to the store she called customer service and gave that phone so I can talk, if I have to talk with customer service than why I was there, I wish I could give them minus or none star. She was not even guilty that her staff did the mistake. Instead of resolving my issue she was more aggressive and looks more irritated with me. I will never go to that store and T-Mobile

I was extremely pleased with the service I received at this t mobile store. I went in to replace my phone, and they upgraded my plan to add two lines, and save me over 50 dollars on my bill. The sales staff was very helpful, friendly, and motivated to save me money. Thanks
