The team at this store are rockstars. Iman, Quan and Yaw are super friendly and professional and provide you with outstanding customer service. As a customer who made the switch to TMobile I had challenging time setting up my new service over the phone with customer service. I should have went to store to setup service from the start to establish my new account with TMobile. Iman (store manager) is a pro she corrected all of my account set up errors and fixed my issues with the service …she dedicated her time on a busy Friday evening to address all my issues and turned my negative perception of TMobile around. TMobile kept me as customers because of this teams customer service to me. I can’t say enough great things about them I highly recommend that they be acknowledged for the support and service they are providing TMobile customers thanks guys if I ever have any issues I’m coming into the store to see you first. TMobile online customer service team need you guys to train them!

The person in this store gave me internet box to try on for 2 weeks which i returned within 2 weeks period. They still charge me $55 dollars per month. I have the receipt that i returned their equipment . It looks like the person who gave me the receipt that i returned the equipment steals from the store. T- mobile online team cannot solve my problem for 3 months.

I’m an over the road truck driver. I travel all over the United States. My 5G gateway fell off of my refrigerator and broke. I called this store and Melissa, the store manager, informed me she could exchange the gateway at her store! Melissa took the time to listen to my situation and helped me exchange my gateway and asked me to make sure it was working before I left the parking lot at her store. To everyone at the store and Melissa, thank you for putting service back into customer service. Your employees and you are a great asset to T-Mobile. God bless.

Today I went to this location for help and talked to one of the sales rep his name was Nathan. He needs more training and stop sending people to different locations. He could have solve the problem instead he sends me to the location where I activated the line.

Yesterday, I realized my phone was dying. Today, I went to my neighborhood T-Mobile in Van Dorn Plaza and left with a new, very reasonably priced 5G phone, all set up and ready to use. Emily patiently assisted me and answered all my questions. A great shopping experience.

In and out in 15 minutes. Daniel was nice, professional, and answered every question with ease. Keep in mind if you need any data transfer needs, they can't do it in the last hour before closing. Either way, I will definitely be back for any T-Mobile needs.

The staff at van dorn are amazing! The store is following cdc guidelines for COVID. The assistant manager Nichole was very knowledgeable and friendly. This location had everything I was looking for. I live 40 minutes away but I drive here specifically for the customer service and detail oriented staff!
