This is the type of shop you will always want to go back to because you trust the salespeople and know they will take care of you. I wrote a brief review a year ago complimenting the customer service, but I have to update it to expand. The employees at Shoe Fly are incredibly knowledgeable about the brands and styles that they carry, and they have endless patience to answer any questions that you have. I've asked general questions such as how to care for leather and specific questions such as how my feet might adapt to one style if I'm used to wearing another... and they consistently share helpful and insightful information. It NEVER feels like they're trying to trick you or sell you something you don't need. They're the type of shop that will give you honest advice even if it means you don't buy something that you were considering -- which makes me want to support them even more! If you're looking for high quality shoes from local folks who know their products well and want to help you find the best pair for your feet and preferences, this is no doubt the best place to go. Wonderful service! I found out that this shop carries Brooks running shoes and I went to find my new pair for the year. The salesman, Frank, was SO helpful and nice. Excellent customer service! Went in with a stain on my booties and the guy used a suede bar. Then gave it to me! He even told me to seal it with the suede spray I already had. So nice and helpful!
