I frequently shop at Target and have found it very useful for stocking up on household/cleaning supplies and kitchen supplies -e.g. paper towels, Swiffer dusters, laundry detergent, candles, wax melts, storage containers, etc. I recommend getting a Target account online so you can keep track of your previous orders and your favorites. I often use their "pick up" option, because if you make an order online with items that are in stock at the Charlottesville store, they will have it available within 2 hours. Tip: use the Target app so you can show your pickup barcode when you get to the customer counter. You can also opt to "drive up" and have the staff put your items in your trunk. For now, this is free, and I hope it stays this way! It is very convenient. My only main complaint & reason for not using Target for everything is that their fresh produce section is basically non-existent, and every time I try to buy food, I have to check the expiration dates for every individual item. I have OFTEN found expired food on the shelves. You have to be vigilant about this! I have seen dairy products on the shelves that are over a few weeks past expiration date. If you want any fresh produce, fruits/veggies, or good, fresh baked bread, I would recommend Harris Teeter instead.

5 Stars for my visit to Target today. I couldn't find something and an employee walked me to the product and then helped me pick it out. Target is ALWAYS above and beyond in customer service.

Don't go here! If you aren't rich, they won't help you. Associates will walk past you, ignoring you, if you ask for help/assistance! NEVER go to this Target! I spent over a half hour trying to get help. Had 3 associates walk past in a group, they didn't bother to offer help when I asked. I guess Amazon is my only option now....

Thankyou Target in Charlottesville, Virginia for training your employees to check the bags when the alarm goes off. I asked the employee multiple times for them to check my bags and they didn’t do a thorough search. I got home and saw these security tags weren’t removed and I get labeled as a “thief” when I pay for every item I own. Thankyou so much. So much for loss prevention.

Absolutely the worst customer care . I provided payment for a item that was not the item I was looking for. Kelly voided the transaction. When I realized the payment was processed I called and advised by Tammy to give it 3 days . Day 4 arrived at Store spoke with Caleb who offered me the 1-800 number . 2 hours later nothing they can do . I have to dispute the charges with my bank. After being treated like I was trying to hustle the 102$ . This is absurd Warning to all who use Credit Cards . Make sure the associate does. NOT void . Better Yet with there historical credit card issues Shop elsewhere.

I sincerely wish that I had a Target closer to my home. I used to be a faithful Target shopper when I lived elsewhere. Now that it is at least a 1/2 hour drive to get there, I don't get to shop at Target as much as I'd like to. This Target is a "super" Target? Not sure if that is what it's actually called, but it has groceries as well as all the other goodies. This Target is clean, well lit, and staffed by very nice and professional people. One of my favorite things to do at any Target is to shop their clearance! You can find great deals at their various sales and clearance areas. I highly recommend you shop them. I also really like Target's brand. They make some very good snacks. I am a fan of the "trail mixes" but be careful, as some of them are disguised candy! So if you're buying for your children, I would stay away from the more candy oriented trail mixes. All Target's have great selections in makeup, skin care and hair care. I feel it's hit or miss when it comes to their clothing. They also have really great things for your home. All at good prices. Definitely recommend...
