I definitely recommend Phillips Discount Furniture Store in Charlottesville Va to anyone that's looking to buy brand new furniture for a Very reasonable price! We bought a sofa and a rug from there that was practically a steal! I looked at the Same sofa at other stores and those were twice as much if not more!! another thing I like about this place is the sales man and lady that helped us I believe is the owners as well and they did not try to push more sales on us like other stores would and they were just so nice and pleasant to talk to! They have a very large selection of furniture upstairs and in the basement as well. I'll def be going back to get more furniture soon!!! ~Anna

I frequently shop at Target and have found it very useful for stocking up on household/cleaning supplies and kitchen supplies -e.g. paper towels, Swiffer dusters, laundry detergent, candles, wax melts, storage containers, etc. I recommend getting a Target account online so you can keep track of your previous orders and your favorites. I often use their "pick up" option, because if you make an order online with items that are in stock at the Charlottesville store, they will have it available within 2 hours. Tip: use the Target app so you can show your pickup barcode when you get to the customer counter. You can also opt to "drive up" and have the staff put your items in your trunk. For now, this is free, and I hope it stays this way! It is very convenient. My only main complaint & reason for not using Target for everything is that their fresh produce section is basically non-existent, and every time I try to buy food, I have to check the expiration dates for every individual item. I have OFTEN found expired food on the shelves. You have to be vigilant about this! I have seen dairy products on the shelves that are over a few weeks past expiration date. If you want any fresh produce, fruits/veggies, or good, fresh baked bread, I would recommend Harris Teeter instead. ~Margaret

Want to express my deepest appreciation to Jenna and the rest of the staff at Yves Delorme, who rushed out a replacement robe after my brand new Etoile bathrobe (a birthday gift from my MIL) got thrown in the washing machine with the belt on. That mishap, which ripped off the belt loops and tore two holes in the robe, could have simply been a “tough luck” situation. But one phone call to Jenna followed by an email with photos, and a few days later I got word about the replacement. Deeply appreciative for the great customer service. A truly class act, and a business I’ll be patronizing for my own line. Needs in the future. ~Kenneth
