I had a wonderful experience with Travis Kline. He was knowledgeable, easy going, and in turn, helpful finding the perfect mattress for me. I love soft mattresses but I'm a belly sleeper. It turns out the soft is what gets me to sleep but the support under is what keeps me asleep 🤯 after sleeping in my matress for a few weeks I'm getting better rest and I can't thank him enough! I would have totally picked the wrong bed for me because it was "soft." I really underestimated how helpful people like Travis are while making decisions on something as important as sleep. Want to express my deepest appreciation to Jenna and the rest of the staff at Yves Delorme, who rushed out a replacement robe after my brand new Etoile bathrobe (a birthday gift from my MIL) got thrown in the washing machine with the belt on. That mishap, which ripped off the belt loops and tore two holes in the robe, could have simply been a “tough luck” situation. But one phone call to Jenna followed by an email with photos, and a few days later I got word about the replacement. Deeply appreciative for the great customer service.
