This is a 4-stars-in-Marshalls review and attempts to compare this among other Marshalls exclusively. In fairness to real-world reviews, I made sure to go in a small group containing a mopey 11-year-old. Also notable; this was a busy Saturday and (finally) one of the first days of our 'desert spring' cool enough to prevent the casual occurence of nuclear fusion at sea level. So, the 3 stars is just to say that they are meeting all expectations in the real world and not performing urgent care on injured power-unicyclers. Those people are insane, Man. The place is solidly ...good. They have hardly-seen items -especially regarding healthcare products- that make it a somewhat 'WorldMarket-babysitting-Ross-in-the-oddities-section' experience. Crowd-management was nominal and these people have seen worse than North Phoenix smartphone mom's and dopey middle-aged men. They'll probably earn the 4th star next time I'm there. Nobody 4th-stars for free.

From Clinique, to compression socks to planners- this store is DANGEROUS!! 🙈LOL. A LARGE selection- I feel furniture & decor is more so over priced. Pictured are some finds from today. I recommend being prepared to spend minimum $80-$100ish in one visit or more!! This store is close to my home…many don’t even know a 2-in-1 store like this exists. ⚠️📌I do wish employees checked on broken food/pantry & store items more in general. There is much in the store & especially clearance that is already ripped or broken. I had a friend who worked here- the starting pay is $13.__ 👎🏼something- nothing compared to inflation & current economy! Food for thought if thinking to apply.📌

A big shop but where are all the cart corrals?? Not a great shopping center for travelers.

I had a great time looking around there were a lot of choices a lot of items. The one item I wanted didn’t have a price tag on it they were able to figure out the price by some markings made on the bottom of the item in crayon. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and the line went smoothly.

THIS ONE! At Desert Ridge. This location is the only reason I will continue shopping at Marshall's. I have only been to one other, the one at 9th St/Bell. Let's just say when I left that location, I had zero plans on going into another one. My son insisted on going into the Desert Ridge Marshall's when we were school shopping and wow! What a difference! Tons of clothes for men and women, and the women's section has a bunch of clearance racks with tops marked at $6-$10. And home goods for daaaays. The check out section has a looooonng walkway so plenty of room while you're waiting to check out and then the registers span the same distance with 9 counters so it goes pretty quick. It's like an upscale Ross with way more to choose from. Definitely going back!

This location is just packed with so many finds! Tons of selection for virtually everything home or clothes. Biggest negative: fitting rooms are STILL CLOSED… Other than that this store is 5 stars with an abundance of gems. A fav spot anytime I’m over at Desert Ridge.

As I was shopping through Marshall’s I decided to get a 24 x 72“ mirror. Somebody was able to take it up front for me, I was super appreciative. As I was checking out I let them know I paid for the mirror. She told me if I pulled up front they could take it out to my car. I pulled up front in between marshals and the store next to it due to other cars out front. I put my hazards on and sit there for about 10 minutes. I didn’t wanna get out of my car so I called and was super confused about it. She was extremely rude I’m a 19-year-old girl trying to move out on my own for the first time and they were not helpful at all. She told me “ well since you didn’t pull up front there’s nothing I can do about it as soon as you pull up front we can move it out” after I already had told her that I’m parked out front. So I went and got the mirror myself and had a hard time putting it in my car. I was really hoping for kind of staff and wanting to go back knowing that I would be able to have a Store I can count on that’s willing to help. I will never be going back.
