I love shopping at the cvs! Carlos and Joe are fabulous employees. They have Superior customer service skills. I only wish your location was opened 24 hours!! The only flaw I would like to see fixed is that they give a grace period to expired coupons and let the customer use them.

Best CVS ever because of CARLOS! Amazing help with photos and copy services. So professional, above/beyond anywhere else…

My next good experience at this store will be my first. Always a miserable time here.

Would rate negative if I could. This is the worst CVS store, actually the worst pharmacy period. The woman at the pharmacy take in was extremely rude and kept yelling at me when I tried to check in for a vaccine appointment. Kept yelling and staring at me, saying she has lots of work to do and doesn’t have time for me. Was that supposed to be someone in the healthCARE industry? She didn’t care for patients at all. NEVER get vaccinations here unless you want to be disappointed and angry for the rest of day.

We went for our scheduled Covid test on Sunday morning 10am and talked to the pharmacy about how long testing would be and was assured, Covid tests were being done and minute clinics were fully operational and that we would have results in time.(1-2 days) Tuesday morning with no results still, me and my wife were unable to go on vacation and missed flights. Thanks CVS ***Edit*** as of Wednesday 11am, still no results

This place is crazy understaffed and the locals are usually rude and impatient. The employees try their best but CVS on the whole is a horrible corporation that chronically understaffs and underpays its employees which creates long lines and grumpy staff and customers. They have what you need and are clean, and that counts for a lot.

I want to praise Cheyenne Yee, the Pharmacist, at the 242 Cambridge Street, Burlington, MA location. I have had a case of poison ivy for about one week now and the Calamine Lotion wasn't reducing the inflammation alone. I went to the consultation section of the pharmacy, and she listened and saw my poison ivy on my arms. In addition, she brought me to the correct aisle and recommended two additional products: Cortizone 10 and Witch Hazel. Because of her caring for others, my poison ivy has already decreased on my arms. Thank you very much, Cheyenne Yee.

I was in the drive thru window to pick up an important prescription for my husband. His meds were a recall and I received a call to pick up the new meds to swap. I waited in the proper line to pick them up which was extremely long for 45 minutes. While waiting other cars were going around to a different line cutting in front of the cars that were waiting properly. The girl at the window was taking customers out of order because she said it was her first day on the job. Bad move on the part of management. To add injury to insult I was being charged for the new meds which were clearly to swap. The sign on the front of the drive-thru clearly states, one line only after 3:00 p.m. They forgot to read the signs they posted. It was a nightmare. Patricia Conte

Pharmacy customer service could not be worse. It’s always a huge headache getting the prescriptions and refills I need. They don’t notify me when there’s an issue, and there always seems to be an issue, I just have to keep calling and calling to get what I need. Or go back to my doctor to have them send the prescription somewhere else. Then they harass me with texts and calls asking about refilling prescriptions I don’t need. It’s a slap in the face when they can’t bothered fill the prescriptions I actually request.

I’ve gone through phases of using the pharmacy here, having some stupid issue come up which is not resolved by the staff, and going to another pharmacy. This has happened for reasons ranging from them consistently miscounting medication, to the staff just being nasty when I come to pick up my meds. I somehow keep ending up giving them another shot as they have a drive-through which is super convenient for me. But honestly I cant deal with the staff anymore. They poorly explain issues when they happen, can’t answer questions when asked and never give me accurate information. A couple of the staff members that have been there for a few years are good, friendly and try to help but the newer staff needs to be retrained to act a bit less like they hate their jobs. They hadn’t had issues with miscounting medicine in 2 years or so, but the way staff acts just puts me off continuing to come here. The fact that Wegmans has a pharmacy across town with some of the nicest staff I’ve ever met, shows me that if CVS doesn’t value my business I can simply go across town to a place that greets customers with actual smiles, even if I do have to get out of the car to pick up my items.
