The experience in this Dunkin' is unfortunately, pretty awful. I live within walking distance and have come here dozens of times to form an opinion. Employee morale is always really bad and it translates to poor customer service. The employees always seem overwhelmed and generally unequipped to deal with the job. Whatever it is, they're totally incapable of moving the line during a rush. God help you if your order gets lost during the stampede. It would never happen because corporate is a joke, but Dunkin' should temporarily close this store for several days and retrain everyone who manages and works here. I was recently yelled at by an employee to "pay better attention" because the store lost my order and forgot what it was. Whoever owns this franchise needs to demonstrate some pride of ownership as well. I'd contend it's never particularly clean here, and there's a homeless woman sleeping at one of the tables in a corner, every morning, without fail.

I don’t usually write reviews but I have never experienced something like this. If I could give this 0 stars I would. I asked for a iced matcha latte with oat milk and the worker put an espresso shot in it. The drink itself was brown and the matcha power wasn’t mixed at all. Instead of adding oat milk, it was whole milk(stomach started acting up afterwards). The is the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever went to and wish I didn’t waste 5 dollars.

Long line Just 2 people working on Sunday morning . It was the worse. After 30 minutes waiting and watching all this discomfort situation I jus gave up And I want to another place and got my coffee

By far the worst customer experience. The "Barista" didn't know how to make the simplest form of coffee - Americano. And none of the other employees knew how to make it either. Bunch of customer left the location unhappy and without their orders. One player was on their phone texting or playing instead of helping customers. And don't forget the dirty and messy entrance. I will never go to this location again. It's better to drive 2 minutes to the nearest Starbucks or Nero.

Slowest Dunkin in the world. 2-3 people working during busy mornings and the line never moves. I seriously go 15 minutes out of my way just to avoid this place.

Made phone order of 2 hash browns, water, bagel and a donut. Came in and they told me they weren't serving bagels or hash browns. At 11 AM. What? Now I have to deal with getting a refund on the parts of my order they couldn't fulfill for some unknown reason. I saw them toasting bagels and putting hash browns in a bag behind too. Super sketchy, won't ever come back to this Dunkin

After waiting in line for 10 minutes (only one cashier was open) I ordered hot coffee and guess what I received : a cup full of ice and a bit of coffee. I didn’t want to wait another 10 minutes so I walked out with my ice coffee labeled as hot coffee.
