I took a picture of both sides of the bouquet so that the whole arrangement could be totally appreciated ! Thank you ladies for such a wonderful job putting them together for me and allowing me to pick some very wonderful smelling flowers. You were very helpful and gave me so many options to choose from and flowers and ribbons. And the lady that work the register was very sweet.

I cannot explain how happy I am with my family’s experience with West End! We live in NC & my husband’s grandfather passed away. We could not make it to his funeral & after calling several places, I called West End & talked to Becca. I explained to her that I wanted something country & she absolutely ran with it & hit it out of the park! She even took my number and texted me pictures of things to pick and choose from! Becca was with me the whole step of the way sending updates and making sure this arrangement turned out special for my husband. We were BEYOND ecstatic to see the final product! She texted me multiple pictures & answered all of our questions. We had an idea of what we wanted, but Becca went above & beyond with her creativity! This flower arrangement symbolized my husband & his PawPaw’s bond PERFECTLY! We could never thank West End & Becca enough for helping us pay respect and love to a man we loved when we couldn’t make it to his funeral. Y’all are amazing!

Me and my wife went to this florist yesterday to buy flower arrangements for our loved ones cemetery plots. The service there from Hope was above and beyond what was expected. She assisted in our choice of arrangements, and she even added some flowers to one of the arrangements because she said it "needed something". All of the flowers we bought looked great, and then she helped take them to our truck. The entire experience was great.

The people at West End Florist are amazing. I ordered an arrangement for a funeral on Wednesday evening just before they closed. The funeral was the next day at 1pm. The lady told me it would be there. I got to the funeral home & the wreath was already set up. It was beautiful. Everyone was talking about how beautiful it was. The parents of the baby took it home. If you need to send flowers for any reason I highly recommend West End Florist. Very friendly & professional & done exactly what they told me they would do.
