This is my new neighborhood Publix. Really nice in there, nice staff. But I ordered a sub online, came in to pick it up. Waited 20 minutes and it was still not in the pickup. Someone asked me if I needed help to find that the made sandwiches were just in a pile on the counter in the back and you need to ask. I don't understand why you have a heated pickup area to keep a hot sandwich warm and instead pile them together out of sight and let them get cold.

I’ve been shopping at this location since it opened. I do understand because of the Pandemic we are challenged with finding an adequate amount of employees and quality employees. However, in the recent couple of months I’ve been in this location with employees that act annoyed by customers, heard curse words in conversation amongst one another and are truly not giving excellent customer service as Publix is known for. It makes me feel like I’m at Walmart or Kroger. Some employees I recognize as being there long-term and they are still giving friendly, excellent customer service; it is not all employees falling short. I hope management will fix his problem quickly.

I've been a Publix shopper since growing up in Clearwater. There is something wrong with the culture at this store. It does not live up to the Publix standards I've seen everywhere else. Just one example; the deli is out of chicken most afternoons and at dinner time. How can there be no boxes of chicken nor anyone making any at 4:00 PM.

Great place to shop, to park, and to be greeted by the most friendly service from the staff. Every visit is a please. I sometimes go out of my way just to visit this location. They always have what I need and never disappoint. I’d recommend this store to anyone in the neighborhood.

Worst deli service in town. It doesn’t matter if there’s 1 person or 10 in line, you will be waiting a minimum of 20 minutes for service. I mentioned this lack of motivation and work ethic to management previously and after promising myself I would never go back there, they suggested I order online ahead of time. Okay. Tried that. I ordered a sandwich through the website at 3pm to be picked up at 3:30 pm. I showed up at 3:45 to give them an extra 15 minutes and they had not even started making my sandwich. Will never be going to this deli again. Instead of getting food I just get annoyed.

Publix prices are not my favorite. Over $13 for a bag of pinata candy feels criminal. But the associates are so friendly, helpful, and considerate that on a tough day like today...the mental health advantage is appreciated

Connor the manager is awesome! I had an issue with an online order and he took care of it swiftly and with a great deal of concern. Thanks also to the bakery crew for helping out in a pinch!

I typically love this Publix but today was a big disappointment. An item was marked for $3.99. Upon checking out, I noticed it rang up for $5.19. The associate said that whoever put it out must have put it in the wrong place. She did not offer any other solution other than that. That’s not the Publix customer service I am used to and I’m extremely disappointed. It’s not the customers job to make sure employees are putting out product in the correct places. I sincerely hope to have a better experience if I ever come back to this location.

I'm not sure why it showed up as a one star review for this super market. It must have been an accident. I give this market five stars. It is very clean, and the employees are very helpful. This store was much needed in this community and has been a blessing. The parking is easy as well. Again, I would have never given a one star and the earlier review must have been a slip up.

Love this Publix!!! Feels fresh lots of options. New and vibrant!! Staff is wonderful. However with that being said if attracts entitled customers who aren’t really nice to shop around. But i love the place.
