Horrible visit today the Deli. The ad has a turkey, bacon, and cranberry relish on sale when I arrive at deli I notice all the sale signs taken down so I ask the rude lady at the deli for sub that's on special she says we don't have that, which I don't understand since ad came out 1 day prior, I believe the deli manager is cutting cost and forcing what they want to make money on. This is like the 3rd or 4th time this has happened on sub that's on sale. Also your fountain machine has been out of order for the past 5 months that's a joke. I wish the people from Lakeland would make a visit here.

I shop here often on the way home from work and couldn't be happier with the service I receive. The customer service clerk Michele is a joy to be helped by. She knows her stuff and will go out of her way to make sure I get what I needed. The deli sub counter can be slow at times but that's because it's so popular. I really like their BOGO deals on many of the items I seem to buy often!

Store was clean and well stocked. Employees are on point, just as Publix expects them to be. Publix is my go-to, but I like the modern layout of this particular store.

The people at the Deli is completely out of training not knowing what to do when they have customers in front , they should stop what they're doing and take of the customer that in there waiting , and not sliding meat for the Sub department , also 3 employees and just one taking care of the people in front . Also manager of the Deli is super rude as also the general store trying to intimidate me with other guys as looking like security people ....We love Publix but some of this employees and Manager needs to have more training to make themselves call a Manager of a store like that

Wow! I was blown away by everyone from the catering department. They were so easy and pleasant to work with! I had food catered for a small church gathering and everything turned out great (from ordering, pickup, and taste). I will definitely be using the catering services at the Holland Point Publix for any future catering needs!

I was treated like a criminal for trying to pick up my medication from the pharmacy. The pharmacist sized me up the second I walked up to the counter and overall made the experience very uncomfortable while I waited while the pharmacists deliberated on whether or not to fill my medication. They ended up denying me. When I asked if I should call my doctor to get it sorted out the male pharmacist said that they would not be filling it there, regardless of what my doctor said. Terrible, humiliating experience. Please go elsewhere, I promise there are way less judgmental pharmacies.

Had a great time at Publix yesterday I was able to get in find the stuff on the aisle I needed and check myself out. I love that this Publix has a self checkout line. I also appreciate the associates that greeted me coming in, ask if they could assist while I was there and wish me good afternoon when I left. All around this was a pleasant experience.

This place is so wonderful! The store is immaculate and the staff is so kind and professional. Pharmacy is great. Bakery is awesome too. They made an awesome polar bear cake for us, so talented!!!!!! This store was much needed for this community. We’re so happy and thankful to have it.
