Sat in the drive thru because they stuck a new person on the register and didn't help her. I was also told many times to "hold on a sec" after I was told to order. And when I got my food I went down the road for a picnic and I didn't even have the right order. Next time I will avoid this wendys and eat at burger King instead.

Ordered carryout and they didn't give me what I ordered and I was given two salads that were not approved by me. Both have bad lettuce and one was just parmesan and lettuce. I have called and no one answered. I guess I have to go to corporate. $60 and not what I ordered and not my .complete order.

Horrible experience with my friend. We will not return. Obese woman in the drive thru had an enormous, hateful attitude as big as she. Slamming the window in my friends face several times when he kept asking for a spoon, straw, condiments and also, telling her she had our order wrong, infuriated this woman. Until this Wendy's I use to like has a replaced, better staff, I will never go back and am spreading the word to locals about our horrible experience so they don't encounter the same.

Terrible service. The women working in the kitchen clearly do not give a sh*t. Watching them move as slowly as humanly possible, as if they practice that 'skill' daily, is extremely frustrating. The lady working the register is nice. It took 45 minutes to get a burger and a chicken sandwich. I heard the manager talking to a customer who was upset at the delay. She clearly had missed the customer service training day.

After waiting 10 minutes at the microphone, I Spent 40 dollars on food, many items contained bacon. Instead of informing us that bacon was out of stock. They proceeded to serve us our food with half ingredients missing. Food was also missing beef patties we had paid extra for. The food we did recieve was soggy and had to have been under a heating lamp for longer than policy allows. They Ignored their phone as i tried many times to contact their store. The women employees seemed to be having a marvelous time laughing and joking while serving us sub par food items. No passion was seen in staff toward quality service.It would be more worth while to eat at another (more considerate) fast food restaurant.

This is by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. The fat manager who was helping run the kitchen takes 20 minutes to bring out the food. Totally incompetent, would not go back here again unless the employees figure out how life works.

Efficiency, chocolate Frosty, and perfect fries - they have it all, and this crew gets my order right. Surfaces and personalities are absolutely sterile. What more could you expect?

Very friendly and efficient staff. The chicken sandwich was very good and my husband said his chili was thick (not watered down like some he's had at other locations)!! Young lady at the take out window was very accommodating with our order and said she hoped we enjoyed our meal and to come back when we were visiting the area again, Nice Service.

Best day food experience ever. 7 orders (all on one check, we're not monsters) in the drive thru, all meals individually bagged with napkins and with ketchup and a straw. Plus the ladies inside were extremely kind and most surely underpaid. Give these folks a raise, it is well earned and deserved.
