My first time ordering from them and it will be the last. Ordered 3 pizzas and cheese bread with sauce. Only got 2 pizzas, no sauce. One lady said refund her, the other proceeded to tell me I only ordered 2 $37.00 later. Not again.

Last two times we’ve had to wait for our 2 “hot and ready” pizza. Today it’s been over 30minutes and still didn’t get what we ordered. Slow and rude employees.

Somebody please give them a raise. They are perpetually short staffed, over worked, and miserable. As much of a hit it is in rabun county you'd think they could afford to pay a little better than whatever it is they're paying currently.

12pm on a Sunday. No hot and ready's available for me, the person before me in line and the three people in drive through. For how long this location has been around, I surprised that they do not know that lunch hour is a busy time.

Store was really shiny and new. We ordered thin crust with onion and jalepeno via the app. It was awesome... really the best thing crust around. Staff was super friendly. I didn't use the drive thru but I might next time....

This place is a disgrace the restaurant and the wait staff are in deplorable shape! Got told that there was a 15 to 30 minute wait time on pizza. When I asked the kid! At the window why he said that's just how we do it! I said the slogan of your restaurant is hot and ready!🤦♀️

I'm torn between 3 or 4 stars depending upon the employees that are running the restaurant that day. Some days the pizza is fresh and the service is friendly and outstanding, and on other days the service is rude and the pizza tastes like it could have been sitting in the warmer for hours. It was raining yesterday when we ordered a pepperoni pizza and a specialty pizza that took a while to cook. We pulled up to the curb, as instructed, so we didn't hold anyone up that was behind us. We were told it would take about 7 minutes to cook the pizza. After about 15-20 minutes, my daughter went in to see about the order. The pizza was ready, but the gentleman who was working that night didn't walk it to the car because it was raining. Whatever, that's fine for us because I had a 12 year old that could easily go and grab it, but what if we would have been elderly or something? It's truly a hit/miss experience when you eat there. The $5 pizza deal at lunch is well worth it though! Individual sized deep dish pizza and a bottled drink for $5- can't beat it. Marinara sauce is not automatically given with the cheese bread and I often forget to ask for it. It could be a great restaurant if all the employees cared.

Haven't had pizza in a while but the stuffed crust pepperoni was hot and tastey. The girl working the counter was awesome. She was hardworking but friendly too. Nice job and did I mention price. CHEAP EATS

I’m still sitting in here while writing this review. The staff is trashy, and highly unprofessional. Clean yourself up before you come to work, and then when you’re on the clock and behind that counter, watch your language and don’t talk about drugs and being arrested. Not at all friendly. Their manners are aweful, and they had the heating cabinet full of pizza and said “it’s old” so I had to wait omg rest to be cooked. If you know it’s old, GO AHEAD AND COOK MORE. Stop being lazy. Other employees here may not be as bad, but today 03/06/18 at 3:30 wasn’t a great experience. At my restaurant, my employees know better. I’m disappointed that not everyone cares enough.
