I order this cake from Publix store please take a good look at the picture below in Conyers ga location Village At Miller Chapel 4 days in advance the first time the cake was made wrong so I talk with the manager there and he started that I can purchase the wrong cake that was made at half price as we were talking he walk off in the middle of the conversation he didn't seem to care the Employee that was assisting me with my order for the second time she completed my order form you see my order form in the picture below she was helpful went back to pick up the cake again the employee gave me the box I thought she was going to open it to show me the cake she didn't I left the store and I brought the cake and walked out even though the cake was made wrong again I said I'm going to write a review on this order to let public corporate office see this is false advertisement my cake look nothing like the picture of what I purchase you can see for yourself I'm waiting for a response from the corporate office of Publix ... Cake was purchased for a very special person on their Birthday

I love Publix. If I could have only one wish it would be less sugar in the super delicious bakery items so I can eat twice as many pies..and cookies.

Always a good food buying experience. Bernard (cashier) and Nicholas (bagger) are awesome...great customer service and courteous attitude! However, the selection of grab-n-go sandwiches is not as plentiful and detailed as the Smyrna Crossing location. Otherwise, great store.

Clean, courteous, clear pricing. Publix you are not like every other store. You are in a class by yourself. Take out the self check.

The store was really clean and well stocked, I was surprised at the time of day around 5pm. I found everything needed plus some, especially those products I love that only Publix carries. Great job 👍

I give the manager Our assistant manager I'm not for sure exactly but he helped me take my water to the car I had two cases thank you that's the reason why I'm giving this a five star now I will say the cashier that I left I was going to mention it to him but I thought about NO this time.. I was about to leave my groceries because she started waiting on another customer instead of making sure that my things were in the cart and she didn't but when I saw his friendly face and I had saw him earlier I knew that he can make up from where she's making poor customer service at he is a excellent person and each time he helped me bring things to my car thank you so much for caring

PLEASE make more fried chicken in the evening! This is my 3rd attempt to get fried chicken for dinner.They never have any ready-- you either have to wait 30 to 45 minutes or they're OUT of chicken. Pick any workday evening and you will find A line for fried chicken.

We are still checking out different places to shop and decided to go to Publix supermarket. It was easy access, prices were reasonable and the selection was good. I still haven't found a place that has the Nathan's colossal hot dogs yet so We'll be trying a different chain next week but Publix was very acceptable.

What can I say Public has been my Super Market of choice for lots of years. Clean orderly store good products .Find most of my international product at nearly all of the store. Made some friends Good customer service. Keep up the good service.

Requested 5 - footling subs. Employees were extremely pleasant and made my feel like family. Young lady who took the order was so pleasant and accommodating. The entire staff was very fun and friendly. Was a real please shopping in the deli today. 6-9-22. 12:30 peak rush for lunch!
