Dont go here for Notary, her handwriting is worst than a 5 year old. Then they want to fix the paper instead of doing a whole new one, knowing that the person that needs this notarized wont accept alterations on the paper and then they have an attitude when you asked them to do the notary again with someone else with clear and an adult handwriting

Don't print anything here. You are charged for your time and your printing it is a self service printing so when it doesn't print the way you want to you are still charged for it. I spent $6.59 and received one correct colored double sided piece of paper. Drive one minute across the way and go to Office Depot we're someone will help you print correctly

This UPS store has very recently started charging for every Amazon return. Today they charged some 2.14$ for taking a single paper print and moreover the woman at the counter was not that helpful. She told first that I can’t print the label as our systems are not working but then immediately some other person got a print which should not be more than a dollar. I am planning to choose other stores for my return as they are making me pay everytime I go for a Amazon return.

All staff was extremely nice and helpful except for the manager. We were having issues with the computer to print some documents and the manager comes and asks us if we need help, I told him I was trying to print some documents and he proceeded to shake his head and roll his eyes. It seems like the manager just wants to get people out as soon as possible instead of being helpful.

Horrible and unfriendly customer service. I have had numerous antiques dropped off at UPS stores by auction houses throughout the USA over the past 10 years and never any issues. This store refused to accept my item for shipment because they didnt have the proper release from liability paperwork ready. I said I can email them and release them from all liability.....no they said. They couldn't hold my item until they got their act together and sent the paperwork to me to be signed. I took my business to another UPS store #7255 instead.

Skyler has helped me twice and both times he has been such a joy! I was on my way to the post office the first time and stopped here instead for some reason. I was super impressed! Now today, days before Easter the same thing happened...and I was lucky enough that he called me forward...he even opened my package after I sealed it to put a card in (purchased as an after thought)! I adore Skylar!!

We went into the UPS store to have some documents notarized. Somehow, the documents were soaked and destroyed by the time they were delivered. We had to go back to have them notarized again. We appreciate Staisha and Skyler’s help and patience while we struggled to get the correct information. They were extremely helpful!
