Awful experience I'm not sure how a governmental agency can be so terrible. They never answer phones, don't deliver packages, and don't get me started on the automated system they use. I just don't understand why it's like this. You deliver mail it's so important do your freaking jobs. Lazy.

I have been having issues with mail delivery since last year. Put in inquiries about it stating that mail and packages were delivered (since i have the informed delivery usps app) but not in my post office box at the apartment I'm at. First inquiry into the matter, I looked at my box before going to the office to find no mail. After I spoke with an associate at the office, they told me that the driver was going over there to investigate. When I arrived back and found the driver at the apartment complex I reside at, I opened my box and saw that a months worth of mail (maybe more) was crammed into my box. That was first inquiry and still having issues to this day and after 5 inquiries so far. I even called the direct line that was behind to me by an associate there and no operator picked up. Called 3 times. I spoke with associates, supervisor, and even a Manager there with no true luck in resolving this and preventing future issues. I don't know what else to do other then write this review!

Idk what's going on with this post office. My package said it was delivered, but when I went to unlock mail box to retrieve package, NOTHING!!!! I couldn't believe it. I filed a complaint and got a case number, but they immediately resolved it without any details. I opened another case and escalate the issue to someone higher because I don't go to work and work hard just for people to lose or steal my packages especially when our mail boxes are secured by keys and locks

I've been a part of the neighborhood for 29 years and the staff at the Hoffman Heights station have always been terrific! The fact that the post office runs at all with that idiot as postmaster is only due to the hard work and dedication of the employees.

Horrible and disgusting. Messiest post office I have ever been in. Everything is literally grimy and filthy. The staff here, especially the manager April are terrible. They’ll lose your package and do nothing about it. At all. This post office is the reason why the USPS should shut down for good.

THEFT ALERT!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!DON’T EVEN GO CLOSE!!!! 1 star for any potential good workers that works here but they need to get rid of the THIEF/THIEVES that works here!!!! My package unfortunately was processed through this facility. They had no intention in delivering my package! The stop before this facility said they had no idea why my package was never scanned on arrival there. Should have been processed a week ago. It was only until I submit my package as undelivered that they decided to process my package the next day. My package was delivered but 90% of the items were stolen. They even stole my greeting card probably thinking money was inside. I never write a review but I cannot stand DISHONESTY! I advised all my family and friends not to use this post office and I hope everyone that read this post do as well! I’ve decided to no longer use USPS because I do not want my package to ever be processed through here ever again!

Absolutely TERRIBLE service!!! They held my package for 12 days and USPS customer service put in a request for it to be sent to my home. 2 days after the request was put in the post office sent my package to the mail recovery center in GA- NOT my address. They closed out the ticket and said the issue was resolved. When I saw it was resolved I immediately called USPS customer service and they had no idea what this post office was doing or what was going on. I drove 45 minutes to this location for them to tell me EVEN THOUGH THE REQUEST WITH THE ADDRESS WAS GIVEN ON THE 14th, THEY SENT IT AWAY ON THE 16th COMPLETELY DISREGARDING THE FORWARDING ADDRESS. Now they’re saying “It takes a really long time for them to send your package from there” and “good luck getting it”. Absolutely UNBELIEVABLE!

One of the best local postal services locations around. They were able to get my package to me when they had a mix up on delivery. The wonderful gentleman who works in the office personally retrieved the package and delivered it to me at my home. I really like the care and attention to details they do for us customers here! Hands down I am happy customer to be living on this route. Thank you again whoever you are, bless your heart!
