My favorite post office! The folks that work here are always very helpful. They will help you get it shipped the cheapest and easiest way possible. They always remember us, and make us feel welcome. Even when the line is long, it’s never an unpleasant experience. Even though it is out of our way, we always use this location. I love the drive-thru drop off lane!

Very rude and disrespectful people! Have been there multiple times, never was remotely satisfied with the way they behaved. Not sure if that because I am brown or they are rude in general.

I don’t normally have a problem with usps but lately it hasn’t been going well. My mail is sent ok but when I request a pick up they never pick up the items that need to go out and I give clear instructions. I even called usps today to confirm it. I don’t have a car so this service is good when it works. I am very upset I will have to wait until Monday when my apartment managers office will open so she can give it to the mail person when they come. Usps please if you read this please fox this problem.

I am giving this five star rating specifically to Robyn . She was a clerk I met at this location when I was trying to make sure one hour before the post office closed that a package was sent out for my boss. I work for a very fast paced dental office and the dentist needed this package to be sent out on time so he could get reimbursed for this product by this date I came in. The company we needed to return it to barley told us that it was our last day of a 15 day trial a few hours before USPS would close. The first clerk I had, called me up and left midway of helping me because he was off of work and disappeared. The second clerk who noticed me waiting for the first clerk to come back had told me I had to go back to end of the line and start over plus she seemed upset with me that I didn't exactly know what to do because the instructions the first clerk gave me were not clear. So I went to the end of the line. She helped one customer and then told me I could budge the rest in the long line, since I was first before. I felt like at that point she was playing a game with me. Why send me to the end of the line with attitude and then when you noticed I didn't give attitude back, now you want to reward me like a toddler? I am an adult. I am not the type of person that will continue to let someone direct where my body will be. I continued to tell her, "No, It's okay." and waited at the end and she asked again I told her, "No, I am okay, I can wait a second time." Then when I got to the front of the line again, I got Robyn. The one clerk that seen everything from the moment I got there to the moment I left. She helped me with patience and care! She made sure to send the package off exactly how my boss instructed me to. I loved when she told me "Don't worry, I will take care of you." From that moment on with that statement I felt like she was the only one their I could trust. Great customer service and the only one I noticed smiling. I appreciate your help. That was a hectic day for me and she just made it so much easier with her kindness and I appreciate it more than she knows. If you guys have not considered her for a manager position yet I really think you guys should revisit that option with your wonderful employee. Thank you!

How is it possible that an EMPLOYEE OF THE US POSTAL SERVICE CANNOT TELL THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE SHIPPER AND THE RECIPIENT LABEL?? The mail carrier apparently did not, because I lost a $300 package because of her. She sent it back to the sender because I guess her own job was too hard for her, and she could not tell the difference between a recipient label-my correct address-and the shipping label. That is basically her entire job. I am livid. I WILL NOT be using usps for ANYTHING in the future.

Terrible customer service. Went to pick up a package that I had been notified was at the post office & didn’t even get to finish telling the person helping me my tracking number before they shut me down, proceeded to talk down at me & even invited an other employee to do the same. Again, they didn’t even take my full tracking number, only the first two digits before they began to tell me, very condescending, that there was nothing they can do & that it’ll get there when it gets there.(it’s already there) It seems like they just didn’t want to go get the package. Overall terrible experience. I can see why the United States postal service is dying.

I have never had such a bad experience with a post office before. Not only is my mail consistently delivered late at night, but numerous of my packages and mail has somehow gone "missing" after being labeled as delivered. They by "chance" manage to find it when I go into the post office though to complain. The staff is disrespectful and downright lazy, sometimes even belittling and berating their customers. Tonight I've finally had enough and am going to file a complaint with corporate, I had several packages listed as delivered to my front door and not one of them are there, I went to my mail box to check and not only were my packages not in my mailbox either, but my mail wasn't delivered. It is past the delivery time which they had already rescheduled. Where is my mail and where are my packages that were supposedly delivered?

Post office would not let me mail packages today. Arrived 5 minutes before closing. Closing time is posted at 5:30. I was rudely turned away. Same thing happened last week, but a man begged to be let in and he got a reprieve. I have been going to this post office for years and they were the best and friendliest crew. They knew your name and would chat. Now there are new members and they are rude. They could care less for business. I have always been a strong proponent for the US Post Office. I thought the post office was financially in trouble. I want to support this institution - not so sure anymore. One would think they would go out of their way to be friendly. I wish we could return to the days of the old gang where I could feel welcome again.
