Package was not delivered but they say it is. Check the proof of delivery address and it just says my city and state. But hey it was last seen at your facility so where’s my package actually at cause it’s not at “front door”

like other reviewers I watched the UPS driver disregard eight pickup attempts for a package almost costing me $600 finally had to bring it in and drop it off myself. they were extremely rude in the facility and trying to avoid their job as much as the pickup driver did.

I watched the UPS driver stop in front of my driveway, then drive off and mark it as wrong address. So I then went to the website and tried to fix it (Even though it wasn’t wrong). Then the website marks it as a hold for pick (not what I chose). I waited multiple days to find out where it was so I could go pick it up. Called for a few days and finally someone answered the phone. All to tell me it was returned to sender because it sat at the warehouse for 5 days. NO ONE TOLD ME OR SENT ME A NOTICE OR UPDATED THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR ME TO PICK IT UP! This place is absolutely ridiculous! And to only be open 4.5 hrs 5 days a week is ludicrous!

It would take hours to describe the hassle this place has presented me. Their call center is a joke to say the least. Had a package come in over the holiday. They made three delivery attempts, then immediately sent it back saying it was refused instead of holding it for the five days that their policy says it was. Then had the audacity to say it was because the driver didn't feel comfortable leaving the package. Which is odd as he left three other packages at the house last week. The customer service center said it was because it didn't require a signature, but the notices left at the house while we were on vacation said it had to be signed for. Lousy service from them to say the least.

This place is an absolute disaster! They only deal in bad customer service! I ordered a package and it was lost and when we made multiple attempts to get this package, including waiting 40 mins at there dumpster of a facility, we were told deal with it no ones going to do anything about it! How this place has not been shut down for sheer lack of customer service is an absolute wonder! Do yourself a favor and never use UPS ever! But if somehow your package ends up here you might as well consider it lost! Charlotte you are a joke and so is everyone in your pathetic outfit!!

Very unreliable, unprofessional. Needed to get a parcel that was supposed to have been delivered 2 days earlier, as soon as possible and when I called the UPS toll free number to track the parcel I was given the option of picking it up same they or the next day. I opted for same day pick up and was told someone from customer service will be contacting me within 1 hour to arrange the pick up. I asked for the location address so I can go and pick up my parcel but they insisted that I should wait for the call. Afraid they will close and I won’t be able to pick up the parcel I called the UPS customer service back half hour later and was again told they will call me. I asked for the time the location closes and was given a wrong time. The 3rd time I called back - the two agents I spoke to were unprofessional and unhelpful - first one hanged up the phone, the second one could not even give me the phone number to the local office (which was now supposed to be closing in 5 minutes) so I could call them and arrange to pick up my parcel. To my utmost surprise she stated that they don’t have the number. I requested to speak to a supervisor. I waited several minutes before I could speak with the supervisor who provided me the location phone number and advised me to call them the next day. It was an ordeal!!! Timely receipt of the parcel would have saved a lot and prevented a lot of downstream problems

Well organized. Fast service. Had my package ready to ship within 2 minutes of walking in the door. If you come prepared, package wrapped and labled, you can get in and right out again. This is not a supply store. Well suited to business customers or those who are looking to drop off shipments.

Said they delivered the package at 12:35 pm on 4-26-19. Funny that I was in my front yard fertilizing my lawn at that exact time. No UPS truck in sight! They can't even read addresses to make sure they deliver it to the CORRECT Address. All the drivers care about is delivering their packages in 5-6 hours so, they get paid for 8 hours! They don't even knock on your doors anymore, just throw it on the steps and run like hell!!!

I would give a negative 5 star review if i could. I will never again use a business that relies on UPS for it's delivery services or UPS for that matter. Paid extra $$$ for 2nd day air. Package arrived in Commerce City on Tuesday evening. Package was slated to be delivered on Wednesday. Called customer service twice and they reassured me it would be delivered by the end of the day. However when I checked the tracking it had never left sorting facility in Commerce City. Checked on the status this morning and info. stated they tried to deliver package at 9:08AM, business I work for doesn't open until noon. And the hours are clearly marked on the door. This is not the first time this has happened. A few months ago I had to call them, have them put in the delivery notes that the business doesn't open until noon. And not to try and deliver packages until 11AM at the earliest. There have been times when someone has been at the business with the open sign off and the driver doesn't even stop.
