There’s like 1 employee that actually does his job and works hard and I feel bad because the females just laugh in the back and don’t do anything and make him do all of it. He looks so stressed. This place is also always late on orders … while doordashing I would have to wait over an hour for the order to be done. The ladies are very rude to other women especially. I absolutely hate getting a order from this pizza place. Also not to mention not a single one of them are wearing gloves while handling the food… I saw someone sneeze in her hands and start working with the food again. Absolutely NEVER eating here and I’m sorry to those if they get sick from this!

So is their moto not HOT N READY ...Poor customer service...waited almost 1 hour for A COLD CHEESE PIZZA half raw bread sticks and the deep dish pizza which was supposed to be made to order also nasty ..cheese and pepperoni all to one side..Do better Lil Ceasars pizza...DEFINITELY NOT A GOOD LOOK ...IF U HATE UR JOBS THAT MUCH PLZ DO US ALL A FAVOR AND QUIT

They're busy the same times every day, but never seem to have enough pizzas for people. So you end up waiting a ridiculous amount of time for something that is supposed to be hot and ready. They need to also work on prioritizing online orders. it seems like people who ordered and paid ahead are penalized for doing that because their orders are at the bottom of the list no matter if they ordered way before others or not. There's usually only one person up front trying to help loads of people, and that's not fair to the poor cashier or the customers.

Manager/pizza prep staff @ the 10th St location in Greeley CO desperately need, "How to be an effective manager/co-worker by NOT yelling & belittling your cashier" classes. She was very overwhelmed, obviously...she needed help but no one helped her instead the manager/kitchen help chose to blame her saying she put in a huge pizza order, 30 pizzas or something.... Everyone in the lobby waiting (roughly 35 minutes), watching & listening to to everyone, NEVER heard her make that large order that you so pleasantly yelled at her about in front of customers. New Manager/Staff Need ASAP!!

The person running the front counter was struggling. This was not a big deal. My issue was with the manger, who upon seeing standing room only in the lobby, started criticizing the front counter, rather than pitching in to help. It took 25 minutes to receive two hot and ready pizzas. I will not be back any time soon.

I worked here for almost a year. i really enjoyed coming to work up until about four months ago. New management was put in place and everything went downhill. They (my boss) treated me like dirt. In the end, I quit because there was absolutely no communication between the team and the general managers. I got little to no respect as a cashier. Even though most of the customers and dashers were respectful, the general manager and one other manager were constantly yelling at me for things that were either 1. not my job, 2. out of my control or 3. expectations that were not, in any way, made clear. He would yell at me loud enough for the customers in the lobby to hear. There were countless times where I had to stop taking customers’ orders because I could not hear them over his yelling. The food we made was good. However, the professional aspect of this particular Little Caesars is absolutely unacceptable.

Overall quality of food is standard, the true measurement is in service. The customer service here was adequate. Busy times are slower as expected. The price still brings value to the chain. It's pizza pizza

Great customer service but OMG 😱 the store is filthy!! Just standing at the counter waiting, the front of the "pizza oven holder" is nasty! The front counter was greasy and covered in dirt. The online order pizza oven holder was covered in finger prints and grease. It was just NOT clean!! But again, customer service was 5 stars!

This is the first time I've been throughly disappointed in Little Caesars Pizza! This is the location I always come to but, tonight the pizza's dough was still raw as was the ICB's dough as well so it made it very chewy and not edible!

I’d give 0 stars if possible. Literally got an order of bread sticks. They’re so dry. No garlic. Not brushed with butter. Great job. Bet ya wanted a tip too huh? How do you mess up something so SIMPLE?
