I have purchased several Duracell marine batteries from batteries plus over the years. I recently went in to the Greeley store to get two new ones, only to find out they now carry a brand called Season All. I was assured by the salesperson they were the “exact same battery, just with a different label.” So I bought two. Then I discovered what they told me was false. These batteries only last for two hours with my electric trolling motor, while I would usually get six hours with the Duracells. Unfortunately for me, I did not get back to the store to return these batteries in the time allotted for returns. Long story but short ending. Batteries Plus lost a loyal customer because they were deceitful and did not do the honorable thing. If I could give them a zero, I would.

Arrived before opening time. When employee opened the doors at 8 am I was put on hold to set up their outside signs. I was there to pick up a battery I ordered two weeks before. Seems like customer service is not on the top of their list of priorities. I assure you I would order my next battery online before ever dealing with this company ever again

Decided to fix my Note 10 plus screen, they did very good work. The new screen replacement had a screen protector on it too after installation, ill be coming back for sure. Thanks. Austin helped me out very nice service

We brought our iphone 11 pro max in to be repaired afrer a big fall. The rep "austin" was extremely helpfull and was able to perform magic to get my phone back working again. Amazing service , i would highly reccomend them !

Needed batteries in a few of my watches. They have brands they won't do, which is pretty much anything that costs more than $50. It is pointless to pay $15 per watch for anything under that cost anyway, as I would get another cheap watch. They refused to do an Invicta and a Seiko. I asked why they wouldn't do them, and they couldn't tell me. I wouldn't have minded $15 for those two, either. They need to get it together. You can't advertise battery replacement on your front door and then decline those worth replacing.

Let me start off by saying what a great experience I had. Rory the technician absolutely came through in a big way. I had battery issues with my truck and finally it gave out. I happened to be in the parking lot and dressed up suit and tie. Now stranded before picking up my date. I walked into batteries Plus and immediately got amazing customer service. Then on top of it all Rory came out and changed the battery so I didn't get dirty. Thank you so much the 5 stars was well deserved.

Dropped off my cracked screen and digitizer Iphone, went grocery shopping at Safeway and it was done and like new. Austin did a awesome job and was awesome at small talk. Good place to get screen repaired!!

I called before I went in and Roy (I believe that's his name) answered the phone. Very pleasant and helpful about getting my battery changed in my key fob. When I got there he knew it was me from the phone call. Got the battery changed and was very nice and helpful throughout. Would definitely go back for any battery needs!

I was just at Batteries Plus in the Centerplace shopping center in Greeley, Colorado. My I phone would charge or provide a consistent signal for a projector and the gentlemen at the store helped me an hour before my scheduled appointment and found some lint clogging the charging port. It was a simple fix and they could have easily installed a new charging port and I wouldn’t have known. However, they cleaned the lint out lubricated the and showed my phone was charging again. It is really reassuring to know there are honest businesses still out there who know how to treat customers well. Thank you again for the outstanding service.

First time customer, and was impressed at the level of inventory and helpful nature of counter staff. Pricing for goods seems reasonable and on par with many of the dot com's on the web. I would most likely go back for any future battery needs.
