This is the first time I've been throughly disappointed in Little Caesars Pizza! This is the location I always come to but, tonight the pizza's dough was still raw as was the ICB's dough as well so it made it very chewy and not edible! ~Jessica

The people that work here are amazing! Especially Brandon. The cost was reasonable. Time it took to work on my vehicle was reasonable. Cost was good. Invoice was clear. I hope I don't have any more issues with my car but if I do, Brakes Plus is where I will go! Thank you to everyone who worked on my car and helped. ~Tania

Stay far far away from this company. They have the most inept and unorganized mortgage teams in the industry. Worked with one whole team that had one person with nearly 30 years of mortgage experience and they did the worst job ever seen. Even my title company was telling me they have never seen anything so poorly done. Save yourself some time and look literally anywhere else for any service. They are straight up incompetent here. Beyond that when they do mess up they will apologize and offer you tons of stuff like "customer service" checks for your bad experience. However these are only offers and they will not deliver on them. They will promise you an amount and keep bumping that amount up and then suddenly you talk to them weeks later and they pretend like they never offered you more. They only offer you more at the time to get you to agree to things and then rip it away later. The tactics used here should be and honestly probably are illegal and they should be investigated. I will be submitting this to the proper authority to do this as well. Terrible place with terrible employees that don't care about you at all. ~Mac

Let me start off by saying what a great experience I had. Rory the technician absolutely came through in a big way. I had battery issues with my truck and finally it gave out. I happened to be in the parking lot and dressed up suit and tie. Now stranded before picking up my date. I walked into batteries Plus and immediately got amazing customer service. Then on top of it all Rory came out and changed the battery so I didn't get dirty. Thank you so much the 5 stars was well deserved. ~Andrew

Went in for an oil change. They had one very angry guy working behind the counter that wouldn't acknowledge that there were people waiting in line for service. And two kids wandering around looking dumber than a box of rocks. I get it we are all busy and short handed these days but a "someone will be with you in a moment" is just good customer service. ~Jeremiah

While my daughter and I were waiting for her haircut, the woman with grey long dreadlocks and her client were talking (not quietly) about the Ukrain situation in a very negative way. Making it sound as if those people deserve what’s happening and why anyone is surprised etc… my daughter is sitting there listening to everything and she know and I know that innocent people are being slaughtered over there. This is not what I want to be hearing when I take my child in for a simple mediocre at best haircut. I will be sure all my friends and family know of this. ~Marie
