Best ice cream shop in Greeley, Colorado (CO) 2024

We were looking forward to delicious ice cream and they locked the doors 30 min before closing. Very disappointing experience. ~Lainey

This establishment leaves a little bit to be desired even though the two young men behind the counter were perfectly professional in their demeanor, the young lady in braids was not. She came to work shortly after my wife and myself had ordered two large smoothies. While she was busy helping the customer behind us, I received our order and paid the young man who'd been working on our order. As I started to step away from the counter she asked if we just had ordered the two smoothies. I replied yes and stated that I'd also paid for them as well. She stated, " I don't think so" and turned toward where both young men were standing. I said I don't care what you think and pointed out the young man I paid, at the same time that both of them informed her that I had paid pointing out the money including a tip which was there on the counter in front of her. This is the same young lady who just one week prior told my wife and I that the blender wasn't working and they were too busy to make us smoothies. She is in serious need of customer care training. ~Twiz
