The rep who answered the phone when we called about starting an account was so rude and unprofessional we decided against banking at this location. The rep Jackie , is definitely in the wrong line of work as customer service is a big part of banking. Very unfortunate

Stay far far away from this company. They have the most inept and unorganized mortgage teams in the industry. Worked with one whole team that had one person with nearly 30 years of mortgage experience and they did the worst job ever seen. Even my title company was telling me they have never seen anything so poorly done. Save yourself some time and look literally anywhere else for any service. They are straight up incompetent here. Beyond that when they do mess up they will apologize and offer you tons of stuff like "customer service" checks for your bad experience. However these are only offers and they will not deliver on them. They will promise you an amount and keep bumping that amount up and then suddenly you talk to them weeks later and they pretend like they never offered you more. They only offer you more at the time to get you to agree to things and then rip it away later. The tactics used here should be and honestly probably are illegal and they should be investigated. I will be submitting this to the proper authority to do this as well. Terrible place with terrible employees that don't care about you at all.

Signs say open at 8:30. Nowhere else is this posted for another opening time than Google listing. Haven't been able to change my phone number or pin inside the bank so I can't even use the ATM. Their online banking support is in no way helpful and couldn't resolve a single issue I had with my banking security.

If I could leave 0 I would. The Greeley US Bank branch is HORRIBLE! You can tell the employees hate their jobs just by the attitudes and demeanor. The customer service is rotten, and, after speaking to the branch manager, you can tell that the customer service, or lack there of, rolls down hill from the top! I will start the process of moving our business account elsewhere. A simple wire transfer is too much to handle, apparently. All I needed was a simple receipt for a wire transfer that I have been able to receive at any wire transfer I have ever done. That's all they would have had to do to keep me as a customer. They couldn't get it done, and not only couldn't get it done, but had attitude behind it. Also, Mr. Branch Manager, it's been almost three hours and still no "instant email" receipt that you so pompously claimed there was.

I've banked at USBank for years now and have never really had any issues. I'm just disappointed that the branch nearest me closed down. So now I gotta drive a bit far away to do bank stuff. I've resorted to doing all my deposits through the app and the app sometimes takes forever to let me deposit because it keeps telling me both pictures of the check are the same and I gotta keep trying for like 10 minutes until it accepts my check... It's pretty annoying.

So frustrated with this bank! Both nationally and locally. I have NEVER left a negative review anywhere!! Have banked at many banks and have never had the experience of rude and unhelpful reps. There has been one helpful employee in the whole time with these guys. Have an elderly parent who is very confined and has a hard time on the phone but has taken time to call in to try to get me on his account as a representative to help him and has had nothing but rudeness and trouble! The closest bank is hours away and have spent many attempts to call and even travel hours just to get told we suddenly don’t have the right documentation. Wouldn’t even let me put a deposit into the account! Not much more we can do and very upsetting they are treating the elderly and veterans like this!!

I was disappointed by the customer service my husband and I experienced today. My husband and I went through the drive thru to request certain bank statements. Mind you we dealt with two different people over the phone who kept emailing us the wrong statements. So we went into our branch location and asked for these particular dates. We left not realizing they were the wrong statements. No big deal go through and ask again. Same lady, told her we received wrong dates if we can have these certain dates. With her annoyed tone told us the dates we requested are not available until after business day. Could of mentioned that the first time. So my husband asked for another statement to the closest dates. When she gave them to us we’re obviously going to review so we don’t have to come back. She got upset told us those are correct ones. She then rolled her eyes and walked away as my husband was saying thank you. Why is she annoyed having to do her job! If anyone should be annoyed it’s us! We were very patient through this whole ordeal. These statements are very important and needed to purchase our home. This lady doesn’t represent the whole branch but hopefully is more considerate and patient!

This bank takes your money!!! Twice now it has charged us an overdraft fee when we never overdrafted! Today is the 29th of dec. Called bank card this morning. They charged us an overdraft paid fee of 36.00 for Dec 31st. How the hell are you going to charge someone for something 2 days later when we never overdraft to begin with. On top of that the Friday before Christmas I tried to pull 700.00 out of their atm that i STILL HAD IN MY ACCOUNT. And their atm ran out of money and charged my account 700.00 that the atm did not give me. Plus an overdraft fee. Which I was not aware of since the atm kicked my card out and didn't give me a receipt or my money. OF COURSE. Now i have to wait 10days for my check. Because they screwed up!! THIS BANK IS A JOKE!!! I recommend nobody to this bank at all. Everyone I talk to has nothing nice to say about this bank!!! Put your money else where!!
