The staff is nothing but rude and gives everyone attitude very arrogant and don't always listen to what their client is saying and I've had that issue with almost everyone who works there definitely would not recommend and if you have an account there get out while you can

Went to to the drive thru with a check drawn from a business account they hold and they were going to charge me $10.00 to cash it. What an awful practice, they are the epitome of what we hear a bad bank is. Sad. Do not waste your time with this unethical bank.
