I became a member of this bank approximately 5 years ago. I am always welcomed and greeted by all of the staff. Everyone is friendly. I do have to say, I am thrilled when Christy's line is available. She is always professional and efficient and she also demonstrates care and kindness to me. I have needed that on more than one occasion and I am appreciative of her. ~Jocelyn

It’s rare I walk into the bank, I typically go through the drive thru, but when I do go inside I’m always treated like Norm on Cheers, with a friendly hello Tad. I still don’t know how they remember my name every time. During the 2020 crisis I called Doug at the Windsor branch about obtaining a loan. He was EXTREMELY friendly, thorough and never left me wondering where we were in the process. He even made sure the loan went through at 11:00 pm on a Thursday night (he called first thing Friday morning). Just an absolute wonderful branch with the best people I have run into. ~Tad

Great place to bank in Northern Colorado! Personable service, I always get someone at the bank when I need help. I've banked elsewhere at the big banks and they never give me the time of day and that's why I bank here. ~Angelica

I dont believe I've ever had a positive experience at this branch beyond their ATM. They've stopped doing coin exchange, hardly ever have there drive through tellers available. You can't get them to answer the phone, and since they don't have an answering machine you can't even get a human to talk to. My last few jobs have always had me starting before they open and not off till right when they close. I would have to take leave just to get there since they don't have weekend hours of operation. I highly recommend another branch if you use Wells Fargo. ~John
