Had a young lady cut my hair which is thick and wavy. After I took off my glasses she started. I asked for less than 2” off, do layers, double check them and thin. After which she cut bangs and texturized them. I actually asked her how long she had been doing this. She said 3 years. I didn’t see her cut like most had done previously. Of course I had my glasses off. When I got to the car in daylight I noticed a lot was off. That night and next day at home I noticed even more problems. That day I went to Centerplace store where I had someone fix it, with much thanks. Daniella I believe her name was. So understanding. It was wayyy to thin on left side, bangs texturized to much (hair sticking straight up), layers all uneven and even the length was uneven. She also didn’t do face framing layers right. The gal fixing my hair couldn’t understand at all why it was so bad. I also lost another 2 inches and I have a bald spot. Be careful if you feel something is off say so and ask for someone else, like I definitely should have done as well! Service: Haircut

While my daughter and I were waiting for her haircut, the woman with grey long dreadlocks and her client were talking (not quietly) about the Ukrain situation in a very negative way. Making it sound as if those people deserve what’s happening and why anyone is surprised etc… my daughter is sitting there listening to everything and she know and I know that innocent people are being slaughtered over there. This is not what I want to be hearing when I take my child in for a simple mediocre at best haircut. I will be sure all my friends and family know of this.

I will never go here again. I had the worst haircut in my life. I told her I use 1.5 inch curling iron. I can't use that or even my brush. My hair is so short. Behind my ears no hair at all. You can see my scalp behind ears and the back of my head scalp. I am even ashamed to go out in public. I am 62 years young i have pictures to prove it i never experienced anything like this. DONT TAKE YOUR TODDLER! My poor boy (3) was crying scared of the lady and she was not nice to him, instead she seems like she was in a hurry and pushing his head really hard, WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT PLACE!! HIS HAIR CUT WAS HORRIBLE

I did an online check-in with a 15min text when close to my turn. Worked flawlessly! When I walked in "Angel" was ready to take me back to his station. He had printed notes from my previous visit and went to work. We had great conversation while he was performing his Craft. This was a Fantastic experience and the name "Great Clips" definitely fits the outcome!

Went in for a haircut and the stylist had a bad attitude from the beginning. She rushed through my haircut and botched it. I came in an hour before close and was the only one there, so I didn’t understand the need to rush. I only asked for a trim and she cut a ton, making it completely uneven. I could have cut it better myself. Her customer service was horrible as well, she didn’t even try to make conversation while cutting my hair. Complete waste of money and will not be returning here.

Lupe was fantastic! I gave her only a general description of the cut/color I wanted (wasn't even entirely sure what I wanted) and boy did she deliver! I am so happy with the transformation she gave me! She is friendly and easy to talk to but doesn't talk your ear off like some stylists do! Lol Very talented woman and and an enormous asset to Supercuts! Ask for her and you won't be disappointed! This was my first time having her do my hair but it will NOT be the last! Bravo!
