Tried to book an appointment for three haircuts. Said nothing available. Tried to check in online but I didn’t get that option. Stores website had it at a 0 minute wait upon opening so we drove up there. Stylist was giving one haircut with nobody else waiting. Then we were told we couldn’t get a haircut until mid week at a Supercuts! He said that the 0 min wait quote that prompted me to drive there was a glitch and was completely unapologetic. He was more interested in proving he’s right by showing his appointment book to me (as if I knew that)

This store has gone so far down hill I’m rooting for the day they go out of business. Save your time. Hair. And headaches for literally any store. Special shout-out to the incredibly rude female stylist working there! Congrats. You’re why I won’t come back.

The young women in this establishment are such a joy. Friendly, courteous, approachable and just so nice. They know the business, know the product and are so willing to help you find exactly what you need. They are great. My husband's name will be on this because it is his computer but I was the one in the shop. Thank you so much ladies.

Megan and Shayla are extremely talented stylists! Give them creative freedom and you won't be disappointed! Megan chopped 10" off my hair today and transformed my look! I've been donating to Locks of Love for 5 years now in memory of my daughter, and honestly was a bit reluctant to go that short again. I do not regret the chop for one second! Not only do precious kiddos get to use my hair, but I got an unbelievably cute and stylish new 'do thanks to Megan's creativity and skill! Shayla has cut my kiddos hair now a few times and she is equally talented!! Shayla has a beautiful way with young children, especially wiggly little boys! Megan does an excellent job and is beyond talented! I only trust her to cut my hair because she listens to what I want and works with me to figure out the right style for my face shape.
