I cannot be more positive about the experience with Anthony this Sunday. He is incredibly knowledgeable and very kind. He and his team were able to fix a good portion of things - in addition to the oil change - that another mechanic just have us a quote to fix. And Anthony did it for a fraction. He gave me a lot of confidence the work performed….. be sure that we will be consistent and regular customers there for many things car care related going forward. I would recommend them they couldn't do my transmission fluid because I have a sealed transmission but the guy recommended some where that would. I was maybe there 20 mins if that, the guy that checked me out showed me everything that they did awesome service! Service: Oil change

It was a fast and very friendly crew. They went out of their way to accommodate me. They did something that most shops do not do. They showed me everything that they had checked, and made sure I knew they had done everything correctly. I will definitely go back, and would encourage anyone who reads this to give them a try. After bad experience at the 39th & Wadsworth location, I went to the one store I trust for excellent customer service. Within 3 minutes (if that) of arriving, I was greeted by an employee to get information. While there, the manager of the 39th & Wads was there & I let him know that his store sucks. He gave me one excuse after another. Jiffy Lube on Independence & 58th... I will ONLY DO BUSINESS HERE! They address the customers promptly, get your vehicle inside. Checks on what is required for your vehicle, tells you the cost up front and only does the work you approved. They also informed me I will be need brake pads on next oil change. That's helpful information to save $. I've been treated with respect, concern of what I need done and my vehicle was treated BETTER! I’ve been going to this Jiffy Lube for years, but my most recent experience has changed that from happening ever again.Don’t trust this place. I went in for an oil change. I was then advised that I had $700 worth of repairs that were needed, and was pressured into having the work done. I knew better, and took my car to a real mechanic, and of course there was nothing wrong with it at all. I don’t write reviews ever, but I feel that especially those who aren’t mechanically inclined should know that these guys try to rip people off. Service: Oil change

The Jiffy Lube crew gave my car a thorough inspection and oil change. The technicians were friendly, professional and efficient. My only dissatisfaction would be the price-$$$. I didn't realize how expensive oil changes had gotten. Inflation I guess. Service: Oil change
