After bad experience at the 39th & Wadsworth location, I went to the one store I trust for excellent customer service. Within 3 minutes (if that) of arriving, I was greeted by an employee to get information. While there, the manager of the 39th & Wads was there & I let him know that his store sucks. He gave me one excuse after another. Jiffy Lube on Independence & 58th... I will ONLY DO BUSINESS HERE! They address the customers promptly, get your vehicle inside. Checks on what is required for your vehicle, tells you the cost up front and only does the work you approved. They also informed me I will be need brake pads on next oil change. That's helpful information to save $. I've been treated with respect, concern of what I need done and my vehicle was treated BETTER! This store has hit rock bottom. The establishment is a pig stye and the stock is so embarrassing. You never know what store hours are going to be. It’s purely a guessing game. They had plenty of funds to put in a new parking lot but they’re closed so often nobody gets to use it. Poorly managed and a mess. ~Bill
Sprouts Farmers Market
Great location! Just moved to the area and was happy to find a Sprouts within walking distance. It's a smaller location, but it's well-stocked and the staff are very friendly. I usually visit in the evenings and it's never crowded. Ample parking and a nice "neighborhood" vibe. It has that feeling of a small-town grocery store, which is refreshing. ~Lisa

They are chronically short on cashiers and the ones they have are not remotely in a hurry. Twice I've had to put my stuff back and leave because I didn't have an hour to wait in line. Today, the cashier was coughing up a lung. Please don't come to work sick, people! Sprouts should insure their employees have adequate paid sick leave AND create an environment where the employee is able to use it as they deem necessary. ~Jumanji

Let me preface all of this by saying I have tremendous fear and anxiety around dentists. Tears, combativeness, you name it. I will also say this location has really turned around in the last 10 months. I was previously not happy here and now it is a well functioning and trustworthy location! I started coming to this location in Oct 2021. At the time I did not find the office staff to be helpful or have any follow through. While the dentist did nothing to directly cause concern I was very distrustful of them and felt they were recommending unnecessary procedures. It took many requests to get a treatment plan and all I received was a long list of insurance billing codes that meant nothing to me. I didn't understand any of the recommended procedures or how to get started with them. In Dec 2021 I had to go to the Parker location for an implant surgery (which ended up being a very traumatic experience for me.) The follow ups in the Arvada office never gave me any info about what the next steps were. Fast forward to June 2022. There is new office staff and a new dentist. I reiterated my fears and the difficult implant surgery. I asked about how to continue with the implant and requested a new exam. The new dentist Dr. Kim is VERY patient, gentle and non-judgmental. She even suggested a few of the procedures previously recommended could be "watched" rather than rush forward with them. A few of the assistants are still around and they are friendly, caring and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. And the office staff is AMAZING! They are very friendly, attentive and took the time to break down my treatment plan to put it into understandable terms and my cost after insurance. I really appreciate them and I'm happy I gave the location another chance after the changes. ~Jennifer

Walgreens Pharmacy
The last 5 perceptions have been a total NIGHTMARE to get. We have been doing business with Walgreens for over 20 years. While we understand being understaffed they should still be able to process simple med's. Definitely going to switch to a different pharmacy. 2 to 3 day waits for medicine is totally unacceptable. ~Diana
