If I could give zero I would. The service at Walgreens has gone so far down the drain, it's unreal. Schedule an appointment for a flu shot and go to that appointment and the pharmacy is closed. No call to let us know our appointments are cancelled. Every location I gave tired is simply terrible.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Horrible. Customer service. They close without notice, they don’t order drugs on time and they move slow as hell. Can’t wait to be done with this dump. It could close and I’d be happy

The last 5 perceptions have been a total NIGHTMARE to get. We have been doing business with Walgreens for over 20 years. While we understand being understaffed they should still be able to process simple med's. Definitely going to switch to a different pharmacy. 2 to 3 day waits for medicine is totally unacceptable.

I give the pharmacy a one star because I cannot give no stars. I have been to this pharmacy 6 times with prescriptions. They take absolutely forever. They never called me when they were ready as was promised. I have used probably 12 walgreens and have never encountered such poor service.

So disappointed! This pharmacy used to be great. They always had my daughters prescription fill within a day or so of the request. I have now had to wait almost 2 WEEKS! Because apparently they don't have it in stock or are closed.The one pharmacy associate I talk to every time I go in because they don't have any other staff to get an update gives me the run around. My daughter requires mental health meds. Her doctors office can't get through either. I can't get it filled anywhere else because the refill is pending in the system and my insurance thinks I'm trying to get multiple refills even after explaining the situation. AVOID GOING HERE!

The pharmacy has been messing with my medication for over a year now. I've received excuse after excuse despite going above and beyond what I should have to do as a customer, including confirming the generic medication I need only for it to be ignored after already being confirmed. Change pharmacies now if you haven't already. Not a single person communicated with me the problem and I was met with bored silence when I corrected them. After letting them know that the medication they gave me had potentially life threatening reaction, which I mentioned. Honestly the pharmacy should be closed and the workers need to find a job they're actually capable of doing, especially the blonde girl who will refuse to talk to you and run to the pharmacist with any problem. Clearly someone's relative wanted her to be "independent" Beyond disappointed and will be calling corporate, especially after looking at other reviews

Please hire more people. I called the pharmacy 6 times and after waiting about 3-6 min per call, it just hung up on me. When I called the store manager she didnt know how to help me except to transfer me, which i was hung up on again. What happened to this store? It used to be so reliable, not anymore lately.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My boyfriend booked an appointment to get a covid vaccine here today but when we showed up the pharmacy was closed and the people working were very unhelpful to find if another location would honor his appointment. The one Pharmacist lady Desiree who was there refused to call the next closest pharmacy that was open so we had to wait on the public line with customer service for trying to talk to a real person just for them to tell us they wouldnt honor his appointment

I am beyond grateful to the pharmacist working tonight, I have long Covid and had to quit my job for now, so I'm in the process of getting new insurance. I worked with a broker and got scammed, so I had to start the process over entirely. I ran out of a very important medication a few days ago, and feel so sick. I won't have coverage with my new insurance until March 1st. The medicine out of pocket is over $700. I calculated how many pills I would need, but then the pharmacist said she had some things she could do with Good RX and coupons, and brought if down to $122!!!! She literally saved my life! I will always be grateful!. Thank you!!! You know who you are!!!!!!
