This pharmacy used to be great. However that isn't true anymore. They are very unreliable and it is really just run in a poor manner. They do not communicate with each other.. prescriptions are returned even though they shouldn't be. It's taken numerous attempts to have a simple prescription filled and the turnover there really makes it difficult. Whatever Walgreens changed over the past couple years, it was the wrong move.

Worst pharmacy experience! I’d give zero stars if possible. Joe the operations manager and his rude little helper (short/stout aggressive woman with dark hair and glasses) were the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. They are obviously very unhappy at their jobs. Said one thing, did another and then refused me my medicine while holding an attitude the entire time. Wow, cheer up you guys.

Do NOT get your perscriptions here!! Worst customer service ever, and the wait is always 30 min or more.. a crack dealer is faster than this pharmacy!!!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. I have tried to fill my dogs eye drop prescription for the last six weeks. I never get a call that it is ready and every time I call, I sit on hold for at least 30 minutes to an hour and the staff gives me a bunch of excuses and says they forgot to order it. Wow! Really!? Again? I call every few days. Absolutely ridiculous. The incompetence is astounding. Do yourself a favor and skip Walgreens. I hear Costco does a great job

I have had issues with the pharmacy not keeping me updated on my prescriptions. After about a week of not receiving any updates, I finally had to call. I initially was put on hold for quite a while before I could finally speak with someone. I was then put on hold again. When I was taken off hold, the phone would ring and no one would answer and then I was placed back on hold. This cycle happened a few times before I finally had to hang up. This has happened with this particular prescription twice. I’m out of medication and still have no idea when it will be filled.

I won't shop at Walgreens again. I placed an order and they sent a message saying, "You've successfully canceled your order." I never canceled the order. I called and asked what happened. They said they didn't know and couldn't help find an answer. Awful customer service. Go to Target or King Soopers - run away from Walgreens.

Don't do a COVID-19 test here. I went for a PCR test. When I looked up my results at the lab, the results said "sample was missing label, rejected for testing" I called customer service and they were no help. Then today, Walgreens sent me an email that my test results were "inconclusive" -- if you need accurate PCR test results go somewhere else. I understand that mistakes happen, but when I called to try to figure out what happened and what I could do, everyone just gave me someone else's phone number and didn't help at all.

It is baffling that this pharmacy is still allowed to run. They close at random times without posting the new hours or notifying customers and refuse to allow you to even get in line before closing. Oh, you need that medicine we just filled 20 minutes ago? Too bad! We’re closing for the next 5 days and there won’t be anyone here to get your prescriptions transferred elsewhere! It’s impossible to get prescriptions transferred from here to another pharmacy without having your doctor call in an entirely new prescription. I got a notification today that my prescription was ready so I went to pick it up only to find the pharmacy is closed indefinitely due to “technical issues” and there’s no pharmacist on duty to transfer the prescription to another pharmacy. People’s lives and well-beings are on the line when it comes to their prescriptions and Walgreens spits on them by treating them this way. You’re better off going literally anywhere else to get your medicine.

After waiting 3 plus hours in line to get my prescriptions for months, I’m done. I tried to call and speak with the manager to see if this is temporary and he could not have been more rude. He told me to take my Rx somewhere else.

If I could give less then 1 I would. I was shorted on my medication by this location. Also my son was supposed to have a prescription there and we have heard nothing. We were on the phone for over an hour trying to talk to a real person as the drs office won't send it out again unless they know for sure they don't have it. Their system disconnected us and we had to start all over again. Still never talked to a real person. Never using this Walgreens again. Stay as far away from this pharmacy as you can.
