I stopped in for advice on better fitting running shoes. McKenna was amazing. She listened to my issues, knee pain, pressure point, etc. she took me through the fitting process and explained everything in detail without making me feel like the running newbie that I am. We found the right shoe, size, and insert that is best for me. I feel confident that my running experience will be better because she took the time with me!

We love Road Runner Sports and have been shopping there for years. The staff is friendly, super helpful and knowledgeable. As a VIP Member, you can try out a new pair of running shoes and if there’s any issue at all, you can return them up to 90 days. This is amazing, especially to help prevent injury. Our last visit, Brad served us. He was amazing-he answered any questions we had and helped me decide on a new style of running shoe. Love this place!

The service and quality is amazing! Hi babe a new pair of shoes and a new pair of insoles that are custom made to my feet every single year. If I'm fortunate enough I'll go twice in one year but I go at least once every year and I am never disappointed. The custom made insoles are so great I have not had an outbreak of plantar fasciitis and 5 years because I've been using these insoles

Kids running shoes are extremely limited with even fewer sizes available. The person at the store just basically handed us the shoes. No help in making sure the shoes were a good fit or provided any recommendations. What has happened to good customer service. I would assume these people should be experts and know when a shoe is too big or too small especially for a younger child just getting into track running.

I love shoe shopping at my local Road Runner Sports Store! The associates, and manager, are super friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Enlist in their rewards program! You'll get the best price on footwear by earning discounts and a 1 year anniversary savings coupon. The store has a GREAT selection of top brand shoes. (I go for their Hoka and Brooks selections.) I need high quality shoes that support my feet and custom insoles. Road Runner never disappoints. The only negative is how they put the MVP price in the shoe, however if you have a MVP balance available in your account that affects the price you pay for the shoe and it can be confusing because you CAN end up paying MORE than the price listed on the shoe. THAT SYSTEM NEEDS SOME REVISING!

I am not a runner. I am a walker. I have experienced some Achilles tendinitis recently. Felt I needed a professional fitting for shoes. Walked in and Sarah guided me through the process. She was knowledgeable and patient. Overall the experience was awesome.

Had a great experience as always at Road Runner in Westminster. I came in 95% certain that I wanted to buy the newest release of the same shoe I bought the last two years. Decided to go ahead and go back through the foot strike analysis/ mapping, and wound up choosing the exact shoes their system recommended- which aren't even the same brand. Turns out they felt way better than the ones I thought I wanted. Our customer service person was friendly and patient. I removed one star because I could do without the pushing of socks and insoles every time we go in.

Another WONDERFUL experience here today! I am loving the new store which is only 2 doors down from the old location. I came in here to exchange a pair of shoes I’d been wearing for the last 5 weeks that just weren’t working out so well. I love the perks of being a VIP because I get 90 days to love my shoes or exchange them.. which I rarely ever do honestly. Amy was the sales associate who helped me and she was awesome. We talked about socks, insoles and my gait and ultimately decided that in this particular shoe I would need to go up a half size. They had a pair in stock and I was on my way within just a short time. The store is also dog friendly which is a huge plus in my book. My pup really enjoyed giving everyone kisses and checking out the new spot. There are so many reasons that I love Road Runner Sports and the friendly staff is definitely high up on that list! Thanks for another wonderful experience and a great pair of sneaks!
