This is the absolute worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I am on Accutane which requires monthly blood tests and monthly pregnancy tests, there is a seven day window after the pregnancy test to pick up the medication. After that window you'd have to redo your pregnancy test, ask your dr. to reapprove you in the gov website and then redo the questions in the gov website yourself. Of the four medication fills I've attempted, I've only gotten one fill hassel free. They have made me miss multiple doses of my medication and are now asking me to wait six days to fill my medication which would make me miss more doses (12 to be exact). A couple of the pharmacists have really terrible customer service as well. If you can avoid this pharmacy, that's what I suggest. Absolutely terrible.

You can call ahead and arrive an hour later and still have to wait to get your prescription filled. Sometimes I have to go back as they do not have everything prescribed. The phone services is abyssmal. Today alone on 2 phone calls I was on hold for over 25 minutes. I was told the order was ready and it was only filled partially. I was told it was my fault for not checking when I was there.... I'm kinda thinkin' if the Dr. prescribes it and I call in the whole damn order should be ready!

I went in for a plan B and it wasn’t my first time going in there either. The lady refused to sell me it because I didn’t have a Kaiser card but they never ever asked for it in the past. She was really rude about it too and I told her they’ve never asked me for it at the pharmacy before and she didn’t care and grabbed the Plan b with her nasty attitude. Straight bs

RX sent in and in system. Everytime even after ordering there is an issue. Whether not having the meds anywhere close to not getting authorizations done even though it's the 17th, 18th or by more in a row. Like talking to a brick wall. No one has ownership and nobody in pharmacy cares. Tons of waiting for no real improvements. I love my kids Doctors but could live forever without this pharmacy service.

Everyone I talk to is nice but their system and lack of communication is horrible. Every month for the last three months they've told me my med is on back order and they are able to fill partials for me so I've been dealing with trying to get my full prescription every two weeks and I have to jump through all these hoops. I'm so sick of it. I got told this morning they were completely out of it and to call my doctor to give me a different med. So I call rhuematology at Rock Creek and the lady tells me westminster has the wrong information and we aren't on a region wide shortage of my med. So she says she'll contact them and they should contact me within the next day but I am OUT OF MY MED. so I call westminster just to be sure that they can fill it by tomorrow (even though now I have to miss doses) and they said they are on back order and will try to courier it to their pharmacy. I am so tired of going through this every time I get my prescription filled. I am at a loss and don't know what to do. I need this medication so my knee doesn't swell to the size of a grapefruit everyday and affect my job. Please find some communication within your company. If it's on back order, fine figure it out. People rely on these things to live! I'm just super frustrated because this is like my 6th time going through this just to get the med my doctor prescribed. UPDATE: I've called five times today, been through over an hour of holding and elevator music combined. No one can figure out what to do or what to tell me. Worst communication. Period.

We are very pleased with the Kaiser Pharmacy. Wait time is minimal, where we went before the wait was always 1-2 hours. The technicians are efficient and I have found a please and thank you goes a long ways. The staff works hard in a very high volume environment .

We have been here a few times with our newborn at 9 days old and again at 5 months old. They were always quick to get us in, even when we checked in minutes before closing. They were professional and attentive. They even let us stay in the room after an appointment to nurse the baby before leaving.

It seemed worthwhile to write a good review for a good pharmacy. It's heavily used so sometimes the wait is bit long, but they've never made a mistake with my prescription and have always been patient with questions. Ask them when the best time to come in is and you can avoid the wait.

I was out of refills for my daughter. I asked the technician if she was going to contact a specific doctor (name withheld) at children's hospital. She responded yes she would contact this doctor. I asked again just to verify, and she responded yes again. The next day I contacted the Dr's office at Children's to see if they had been contacted. They had not. The third day I returned to the Pharmacy on Huron, I got the same technician, I asked the same questions and got the same answer. I asked again which Dr she was contacting. This time she said a Dr's name with Kaiser that we have never been associated with. I pointed out that I made a point to same the name of the Dr and the Hospital she is associated with. She shrugged her shoulders and repeated the wrong information back to me. This is a new level of incompetence displayed by Kaiser.
