If your money is worth anything to you do not use Verizon worst service you could ever have in Colorado. And they might wanna get the internet situation worked out here in Broomfield Westminister and Thornton for once before even thinking about making new charges do to the inflation.

IF YOU LIVE AROUND HERE DONT GET VERIZON. Their service is so trash. The entire legacy ridge area is a dead zone. Can’t believe I’m stuck with them for two years.

Do not come to this location. The blonde lady that are a manager there are the far worse I ever experienced. Verizon on the phone has messed up my order for a new device twice in row and I came in this store to see if they can fix it. She cut me off after explaining what happen and saying she can’t and doesn’t suggest anything. She said, it is what it is and refused to hear me out. I left immediately to another on Sheridan Blvd and they had no problem to cancel the order due to the wrong address and ended up got a new phone on the next day when iPhone 13 was released. Also after reading the reviews, looks like I’m not the only one who had a bad experience. Somebody got to shut this store down or fire that blonde lady manager that doesn’t do her job professional. After Verizon messed up my order twice in the row as they entered wrong address for shipping and bad experience at this store almost got me leave Verizon for good after being loyal customers for over 8 years. The Sheridan Blvd location definitely made it up.

Stop by to look at upgrading my phone this evening! The team was extremely helpful and in fact the issue with charging my current phone was resolved. They could of easily just sold me a new phone but instead took the time to see if my current phones issues could be rectified. Sure enough 10 minutes later it was working great. The team is very friendly and customer service is top notch in my opinion.

Just paid a visit to this store and dealt with the store manager Joel. He was extremely RUDE to my self and my wife. Tried to activate a prepaid phone and was not able to do so without switching to a more expensive plan. This phone is used for an elderly person for emergency use. Ended up returning the phone and will be happily going to a different carrier. I think the store manager should have customer service skills and Verizon should step back and re elevate their business plan TOO BIG FOR THEIR BRITCHES.
