Izzie was excellent with explaining the breakdown of my bill which really helped me understand how I was being charged. It seemed some previous mistakes had been made and Izzie was patient with me and helped fix them quickly. Izzie also helped get me in touch with customer support since my device has been show between 0-1 bars of service. The issue is still not fixed but at least I have excellent customer service from Izzie who is trying hard to help fix the issue.

I went to another store at 92nd and Sheridan and bought my phone . I asked for help in setting up my email as well as my Bluetooth. They were not very helpful. I went to your store at 10398 Reed St. Westminster. Raul and Izzie had it done in a few minutes. They were great. If you are in this area of town and need help go to that store.

Izzie helped me to change service from AT&T to Verizon. There were some issues during the process but she NAILED IT and helped me in every step. All the team there is SUPER nice and helpful. I really recommend this store. I can’t say the same from the people who work to Verizon at the Flatiron mall!
