Lost my phone and someone had turned it in there and the owner is a kool guy I pinged it there and when I showed up he had it I was so happy when he said someone had turned it I. LISTEN TO THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS. Walked in today just to upgrade. Worst experience I’ve had at a T-Mobile. Kevin, was incredibly rude and unhelpful. He tried to quote me a $100 more than what I knew I had to pay. Kevin never explained what was going on and I felt as if I had to ask a million questions in order to understand what’s going on. At the end of the service I respectfully told him that I didn’t appreciate how rude he was for absolutely no reason. Then he said “ if you feel that way then you can tell T-Mobile about it” and so I asked for his managers number and he gave me the wrong card. He gave me the store card and not his managers number.
