I’m only leaving a 5 start review because Lauren and Valerie were very helpful today 8/9/22. I visited this location 2 weeks ago on a Saturday and received unprofessional customer service. Lauren went above and beyond for me today and Valerie was very helpful with how knowledgeable she is about Apple care. Thanks Ladies. I’ll definitely be coming In on Tuesdays if I need something!

AWEFULE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD. Tried their $50/ month plan, TOTAL SCAM, HIDDEN FEES AND MONEY GRAB!!!! They say there's a free trial, but they never told me how to pay the bill, or that they DISCONNECT your service even if your 1 day late, and they CHARGE YOU $20 reconnect fee, and CHARGE YOU FOR A SERVICE EVEN AFTER THEY DISCONNECT IT WITHOUT NOTIFICATION. I called them to sort it out and the tech guy who canceled my sevie was supposed to e-mail me a return label to send back the tower, BUT HE TYPED IN A TOTALLY RANDOM E-MAIL, I had to call them back, which took an hour of my time to be told the first guy put in a totally incorrect e-mail for me even though he had my account pulled up, I think he did it on purpose. GET YOUR INTERNET FORM SOMEWHERE ELSE, THEIR $50/month IS A SCAM! ALSO THEIR MANAGER AT THE STORE IS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, very unhelpful!

Terrible service and very unfriendly. Signed us up for the wrong (more expensive) plan even though I showed them the printout of the plan we wanted; I had to call T-Mobile and get that fixed after we got home. We had to push for both of us to be authorized users on the account and to set us up on the auto-pay. They encouraged us to swap up our phones because "unlocking AT&T could take up to 48 hrs" - a lie. My husband had company phones switched with all carriers including AT&T as part of his job at the company where he worked, never true. After we declined the phone upgrades, the AT&T unlocks happened almost immediately, imagine that. Definitely no "welcome to T-Mobile" or "thanks for coming in". Go to a different T-Mobile, not this one!

Worst T-mobile store I have ever been to. The manager Laura is the worst employee I have dealt in all my years. She and the fellow even dont know how to treat a customer, infact they just care about selling but later on deny any sorts of deals they offered during the sales. What?? Never ever gonna be back to this store

You will NOT believe how simple it is to install!! Valeria was amazing & patient answering all of my questions, (LOVE HER!)❤️❤️. Hands down the best T-Mobile experience EVER!! A+

I have been with the store a couple years now went into the store about a week ago Sunday, to try to upgrade my phone. No one acknowledged to me so I left. I went home and called T-Mobile (611) to get an upgrade that didn’t turn out to be a great idea, as the deal I signed up for was not the deal I got. After talking with five different T-MOBILE people over the phone, trying to get the order corrected to what I had originally ordered, seemed to be impossible. So I thought I’d go back to the store and talk to the manager “Laura”, as I had dealt with her in the past and thought I might get some resolve. NOT… she could’ve cared less about my issue because I did it over the phone and there was “nothing she could do” and actually had the audacity to say “well that’s what we have stores for” implying she didn’t need to help because I’d placed the order over the phone. Now that I’ve seen “Laura’s” true colors, I understand why her employees come across so rude on the phone and don’t acknowledge you when you walk in the door… Not a great role model for her employees, that’s for sure! She was upset at the fact that she couldn’t upsell me to a ridiculous plan. I will NEVER recommend her store on 103rd and Federal or T-MOBILE for that matter. I will still attempt to get the error corrected on my order not even 10 days ago that nobody wants to help with and then cancel TMobile forever!!

The girls who were working at this location earlier today are lazy and unprofessional. They were demanding us to call customer service since they are seemingly unable to do their job. After leaving the store and waiting on hold, T-Mobile customer service confirmed the store front employees improperly placed the order which was causing the issue and it needed to be resolved in store. Definitely not coming back to this location. They don’t know how to do their job!

Came into this location this morning because T Mobile advised me over the phone it would be easiest to go into a physical store to get my Sprint line switched over to my new business line I opened up with T Mobile. Go in, and the girl tells me that they cannot switch this line over unless everyone on the line switches to T Mobile at once. I was confused because that's not what they said over the phone. So I leave, call back T Mobile and they said, no, you can get it done in the store. Go to another T Mobile store and they had my phone switched over within 20 minutes. Either the staff aren't properly trained, or the worker was just too lazy to take the few extra steps to help. The other T Mobile store said it is a lot more difficult to get this done but that it is doable. So I am leaning towards.....she just didn't want to take the time to do it. Because when I initially told my situation, there was an annoyance that came from her. I shouldn't have had to go to another store to get my issues taken care of. If you go to the T Mobile off of 88th and Wadsworth, they are extremely helpful and did their job. I will drive the extra 15 minutes from now on.

If I can leave zero stars I would! I work with a worthless rep named Laura! She was rude and honestly don’t understand why she has a job in customer service! I came in to get my warranty phone. I asked for some simple help. She refused to help and sent my warranty phone back. So now I’m stuck without a phone. NEVER and I say NEVER go to this location! Instead tho to the on off 84th and Huron.
