Looks like they’ve hired more decent customer service reps BUT this store is one of the busiest in the area and they only have a couple of reps? The reps do what they can but they aren’t magicians. Do you even know the amount of time it takes to get someone to help you? Like why can’t T-mobile hire more people? Like someone stated in the comments T- mobile is one of the largest companies in th world !!

My brother and I came in to get new phones and service. Kevin helped us and he was amazing. He got us an amazing deal and was a massive help. He made the whole experience easy and fast. Had fantastic customer service and was just in general a huge help.

Went to this store because my sim card quit working! They stated they could not change or help me. Told me to go to Batteries plus or I could buy $1000 phone. Next day I went to a GOOD T-Mobile and they were helpful and changed my sim card. So don't go here. They just want to rip you off!!!!

LISTEN TO THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS. Walked in today just to upgrade. Worst experience I’ve had at a T-Mobile. Kevin, was incredibly rude and unhelpful. He tried to quote me a $100 more than what I knew I had to pay. Kevin never explained what was going on and I felt as if I had to ask a million questions in order to understand what’s going on. At the end of the service I respectfully told him that I didn’t appreciate how rude he was for absolutely no reason. Then he said “ if you feel that way then you can tell T-Mobile about it” and so I asked for his managers number and he gave me the wrong card. He gave me the store card and not his managers number. Will not return.

Keasha was an amazing help and with Violet's help we got setup with phones, watches, and a speaker. They had the best customer service and personalities they made you feel as if you were at home.

Had to greet a new SIM card for my phone, went from Sprint to T-Mobile. After waiting WWAAAYYY to long for help, the individual whom switched out the card, rather than making sure it all worked right, which it didn't, spent that time going thru my history. I was like, what are you doing? She stopped after that, habe me my phone back and everyday another problem happened. No service, no voice mail you name it, it stopped working. I went back 3 times after that and talked to someone else who said it was my phone, not the service. I'm not going to make this any longer than it should be, let's just say it was horrible cust service and I won't be going back to them.... ever. So to you I say, good luck if you are a customer in need. Cheers!

First of all T-Mobile you are the cheapest company out there. I was at this location and the people waiting in line was extremely long and SLOW. Why can’t you hire more people? You can’t afford to hire more employees? Customers be advised your waiting time at this location would be between 2-3 hours.

Horrible customer service, lady at front desk was told by manager to look up my account. She never did. Gave me a quote 4x higher than the app shows. I go back inside to ask why the difference in quotes, and she finally takes my information to find out what the actual trade in deals are. I will not be giving this location any business at all. I will travel further to Flatirons or even back down to Golden for better customer service.
