Today, when I bought my frist apple product. I ask then what type of Gen pen does this tablet take? They told me it's only gen 2. I bought a apple pen Gen 2 and it does not connect to my Gen 9 Ipad. I can't get my money back due them being closed when I got home. Now i was to wait until Monday. False information, I'm not even sure if I could get my money back. I'm very upset.

Went in for a wire harness to hook up after market radio to my jeep. Employee went to get it. Came back sold it to me, then I noticed it was the wrong one. So I went to ask the employee if he was sure the that the 1988-1996 wire would fit my 2012 jeep. She assured me it was the right one. So I went on my phone to look it up on the bestbuy website and soon as I was doing so he then told me it was the wrong one and they didn’t have it in stock and I could fallow him to a register to return it. Very dissatisfied that he was okay with selling me the wrong one.

Same old Best Buy as anywhere else. The staff is knowledgeable and helped me with my purchase. They also helped me load my new equipment into the car.

Husband and I went to get 64 gig cards We were met at the door and they even installed it for us. Yeah.great service will come again.

This store doesn’t open until 11:00am every day. It’s almost only open in the afternoons. Crazy I had to wait an hour to pick up a $50 order. Next time I’ll just order on Amazon

Unfortunately I went to Best buy because I had bought a printer that was not compatible with my brand new computer so they said take it back and they replaced it with no questions asked and I received it today which was Tuesday two days later they shipped it to me thank you Best buy for best service ever. Not too crazy about The geek squad but the kids and and the people working at Best buy very nice. So I bought a printer that said 6 months of free ink now for me that means I'm writing a book if I need ink in 6 months then I should be getting my free ink I called the store and they told me that the 60 XL that was in the printer when I bought it should have lasted for 6 months now if that's true then that meant I could only print three or four pages a day for 6 months now I don't know anybody writing a book, or just doing general search I'm also doing my family background so I have to print out dozens of pages so this ain't only lasted several days call them they refuse to comply with the original contract. So my thing would be because they told me to call HP which is the maker of the printer be very careful what you buy and if you don't buy insurance like they want you to they're not going to comply to that contract that they gave you. As far as installing that printer they wanted $80 to come out and then it was so much an hour and this and that for their geek squad their geek squad didn't know any more than I did so I got a cable and hooked up the printer into my computer we're good and then I ordered a kit to refill that cartridge. Buyers beware with Best buy.

Had to drive 40 minutes to this location to get a DJI Gimbal that no other Best Buy Seemed to have in stock. I am old school and still like going to a store and getting what I want. Anyway, did the curbside pickup and it worked great. Not sure who the girl was who was working, but she was super fast. No sooner I pressed the arrival button, she was there. Well done. I would use this location again, even if it is a 40 minute drive.
