Literally theee worst Wendy's I've ever patronized. Waited 20 mins in the drive through only because I'm 8 months pregnant, driving back to NY and needed something in my stomach asap. Took 20 mins to even get to the order speaker and the woman kept getting the 2 very basic items wrong. Get to the window just for them to not have the order ready for an another 10-15 mins then received incomplete cheese fries and some bits of apple called "apple slices" that tasted bitter and stale.

Waited in like for like 20 mins and we were only the 4th in line. One of the older staff members was EXTREMELY slow. We were finally the 2nd in line and the lady in front of us waited 10 mins just to order. Then the older Staff member who was slow came over to take her order and was EXTREMELY RUDEE! Needless to say we left and didn't even want to see how long it would take to order and how long it would take to get our food. The drive through line seemed like we could have gone through 3 times before we even got to the register. Inside was also dirty.

Burger King had only the drive through. People were leaving because of the wait. Wendys is better anyway. Food was great.

The service is awful.we waited 15 minutes to order at the window. The girl repeats the order. We pay. Get to window and less than half of our order is in the bag. When I ask her for the rest she says that's all I rang u up for. I didn't hear anything else. Are u serious? Than we had to pull up and wait another ten minutes for them to bring out the rest of the order. Their lines are ridiculous. As for the food. Our fry's were cold and my mom's sandwich was not what we ordered, so she just ate it because her sugar was starting to drop from being a diabetic. Total time it took to was 45 minutes. Horrible

Don't follow allergies, quality is terrible, ordered a chicken sandwhich and it literally looked like someone wore it as a shoe before slapping it on a bun. Which I probably wouldn't have known if I didn't see cheese on it when asking for there not to be due to allergies.

This place is the pits!!!!!!! It takes forever to get a meal. I went at breakfast time twice and both times the breakfast menu was not up. Nothing was prepared to be made as "quick food", it was more like " quit food!" I ask for a light coffee after waiting for my seasoned breakfast potatoes, and got a large cup of hot water and milk!! It was so light, it beat the sun shining!! I went back to the manager for a ready made orange juice and she gave me a refund for my troubles. Once there was a "Door dash" person waiting on an order for delivering and she said she can't make any money due to the wait everytime she goes to this location. Mind you , there is never anyone in there when I go for breakfast!!! Save yourself people! DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION!! YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DO!!

*UPDATE as of 4/30/22 * Lately the food and service level has gone downhill! I don't know if there has been a change in the kitchen staff or management but my last couple of visits over the last few weeks have been very disappointing! I had such high hopes because a few months ago I was very impressed with the pride they used to take in making sure the food was hot and fresh unlike other fast food places in the area but now they are just like the rest!! What happened??? I would say go if you are hungry, hopefully you will catch them on a good day..🤷🏾♀️

Last time I got Wendy’s which was a few days ago they got my order wrong. Today I went to get Wendy’s I asked for no cheese and only bacon, but I got cheese and the bacon and the meat was slightly uncooked. I asked for barbecue sauce but I got honey mustard. By the the time I was going to check my order, lady had walked back inside. I will not be getting Wendy’s until I hear good reviews.

Waited for about an hour to place our order. Then about 10 minutes to actually receive the order. The order taker asked several times what we wanted to order, so we had to keep on repeating ourselves. Ordered a sweet tea and realized it wasn’t sweet once we left the drive-thru. The bbq sauce was missing, but we were able to catch that before driving off.

My husband and I were there sun 2/20, around 11:50, there was a line at the drive thru,but it went quick, I got a single w/cheese, he got double baconator, and we both got fries. The burgers were to die for. Cooked to perfection. Fries got cold quick, but burgers were awesome.
