One of the worst customer service The individual behind counter stated that there is no one there to hand me my diebetic medication.And said go to another cvs location to get them.There were no one in line nor he was on the phone.Just a miserable human being wants to pass his misery to people around him.Stay away from this location.This one was located inside the target store in 18360 zip.And this incident took place on 03/23/2024 around 10.30 am.

Rude! Theyre rude! They close in the middle of day at all Different times. That is not posted!!! I shopped for over an hour and theyre still Closed! Saw one of the employees she said come back i asked when she said she didnt know.

Some one higher up needs to address their poor attitudes. Had the most simplest of questions, was given attitude as an answer, and heard him gossiping as I was walking away. Please, some one, get ahold on them.

I'm usually pleased when I go to this pharmacy the usual pharmacist who always there knows her clients. She show professionalism at it's best. Whom ever was there yesterday on 12/6/19 please don't send her back she rude, uncaring not interested in getting helping my husband who's diabetic needs his medication. Wouldn't care to get on his phone with his nurse. Even his nurse was in shock. Please she must of came from north 9th st they're the rudest there. I stop going there for this reason don't sent to to target bring the original pharmacist lady who I wish I know her name all I know was NJ and very pleasant to deal with its only because her I gave three stars.

These corporate chains are not very friendly and don't take a person's needs serious enough to warrant me to utilize there services....I am not the only one whose had the experience that allows me to speak on this issue... Find a mom and pop shop and you'll see the difference right away.
