The staff there is great. No long wait. The drive through is quick. They also answer their phones which other chain pharmacy's do not. If you walk in between 2:00 and 3:00 you can get your COVID 19 booster without much wait. I use rite aid for all vaccinations.

Every time I go there I am treated with respect and a kind face. I think most of the complaints people have about the pharmacy department is because they themselves are rude to them. I have witnessed it many times. It is not the pharmacist fault medication is not prescribed for them. They should take that up with their physician not the pharmacist. I live in Tannersville and will travel to Stroudsburg because I love the staff and store.

While I was there, about 5 or 6 young adults came in, none wearing masks, though clearly the sign on the door said they must. I expressed my concern to an employee who tried to explain it to the woman at the register. She ignored both of us and continued to wait on the maskless customers. I left and will not be back, along with my considerable $$$ regular business. Will take that business to CVS, where customers are, hopefully, more respected and SAFER!!!
