Hard-working and very friendly staff, with a dedicated and conscientious owner. Does a lot for his community as well. The pretzels are fresh, hot and amazing....ohhhh, and now they have mini-cheesesteak bites !!! I also love the cinnamon dip and the PARTY TRAYS are first class ;-) His deals are the best of any Philly Pretzel franchise in the entire region !!

These pretzels are the real thing in taste, size, color, and salt type. Even the knot is proper and are in groups of five. The price is outstanding and is cheaper as quantity increases. I was a Philly resident for seventy years.

3 stars because I have purchased warm soft pretzels from this location before, regular pretzels and Rivets. Today, I ordered a Large Rivets, and was sadly disappointed. While the inside was soft, the outside was pretty hard and not warm. They def weren’t fresh, my initial thought was “these seem a bit old”. It’s now three hours later, and if you were to grab one of these rivets yourself, you’d think they were a couple of days old. Hard as ROCKS! The inside of these little pretzels are edible but not great, these were not fresh Rivets.

Great experience at Philly Pretzel Factory. Have had the pretzel in Philly previously, and great to see a franchise in the Poconos. 5 pretzels with cheese for $4- prices cannot be beat! Hot out of the oven and a wide selection of snacks/pretzels. Their drive through was fast , efficient, and employees were friendly.

Philly Pretzel is great. You cannot beat the flavor of their Cinnamon Dip, or 10 piping hot pretzels for $5 !! The staff is very friendly and courteous, and their party trays are perfect for any occasion. Really good prices...better than other Philly Pretzel Factories in the Lehigh Valley !

Small place but its clean and people are very welcoming that work there. I ordered 20 pretzels for $9. Seriously hot out of the oven and served and accepted with a smile. Their menu has a nice array of different pretzel options and there are various dips to choose from. My issue is I never order enough dips. I have been there a few times always a pleasure. I ordered a party tray. We couldn't eat it all! Lol. Price are very reasonable definitely visiting again. 😁😁

These are literally my favorite pretzels! They taste freshly made (which they are) I don't recommend freezing them and then heating them back up, as they then don't taste as good. Get them fresh, and eat as many as you can while they are hot. Very cheap as well for what you get! I love the honey mustard sauce.

After seeing someone in another store eating a pretzel from this place (and not sharing...lol) I had to go check it out for myself. I was not disappointed. I was greeted by a very friendly staff person. Store itself is very quaint and well organized, and you cannot beat their prices! You can get five HUGE pretzels for $3! They also have hot dog-stuffed pretzels that look AMAZING, and I'll have to try those next time I'm there. They looked so good I'm sorry I didn't get any as I was driving away. Looking forward to a re- visit. Suggestion to the store owner -- open one in the Scranton area! We really need one!
