Took my 2005 F-150 to Plantation Ford after having two other mechanics look at it. Was assigned Jose as my service advisor. The wait time for the truck to be looked at was longer than I was advised when I called, but not too much longer. I was having engine issues which also took a bit longer than usual to diagnose (no fault of Plantation Ford). In the end, they were able to diagnose the problem correctly and get me set up with the correct solution. Jose and his team were great. I will be bringing this vehicle back to them whenever I need service again.

Plantation Ford with the assistance of Mr. Richard provided the best customer service I have received from a dealership in Fort Lauderdale. Follow ups and keeping me informed on what was going on with my vehicle was outstanding and very much appreciated. Mr. Richard’s knowledge of my issue and another issue that had to do with another vehicle that I have was on point and he provided background information as well which is so important and he didn’t say right off the bat - you need to leave your vehicle here for us to investigate - offered up possible problems and what they’ve seen on the issue and took my car that was having a recall issue right in. Kudos to plantation Ford and Mr. Richard!

John Ball was very friendly and professional. He promptly found me the perfect vehicle in my price range and seamlessly traded in my old car without any stress. I love my new Ford Explorer! I was quickly introduced to Brian Mineweaser whom also was very personable and knowledgeable. He helped me choose the right accessories without any pressure. Worst dealership experience ever. Customer service negative stars. Purchased the vehicles because it’s the vehicle I wanted but wow. Dealer told me he had contacted my insurance to let them know to switch the cars in my policy(that was a lie). Finance guy kept boosting the price from what I originally agreed to. I almost left but he ended up having to agree to less than what I originally agreed to. Felt beyond crooked. But seriously the service is just horrible. Drive the extra miles to sawgrass.

Dwayne and Brandon provided me with the best experience I've ever had in purchasing my truck. I went to the dealership with low expectations due to this crazy vehicle market. I left with the truck of my dreams. They figured out how to make it work. They spent about 5 hours between finance companies and inventory to find me the best fit. Theu also gave me a great deal for my trade-in. Better than Carmax. This is my second purchase with plantation ford and I'm sure it won't be my last. Don't waste time going to other dealerships as I did. Needless to say, I was very disappointed at every turn with other dealerships. I highly recommend this dealership.
