Buying a vehicle can be a cumbersome task, but the crew over at Ford of Clermont made it quite easy. The purchase was not planned, but they happened to have exactly what I was looking for. Dealt with Frank and he an awesome service writer. Very knowledgeable and customer oriented. I had a recall and was scheduled to get it done on Wednesday which required me to drop the vehicle off on Monday due to work. My vehicle was ready for pickup, including oil change and tire rotation, before end of day on Tuesday. Very professional and relatable. Thank you and keep up the good work. Oral Sutherland.

As usual, the team at Ford of Clermont handled my service in a friendly and professional manner. This service was to resolve a Recall on my vehicle. My service advisor told me it would take about 1-1/2 to 2 hrs to complete. I chose to wait for my vehicle, even tho I was offered a ride home in your courtesy shuttle. I have used this option in the past, and it was a pleasant experience. Anyway, my service was complete in 1 hr and I was on my way back home. I would definitely recommend Ford of Clermont to my family or friends for any Sales or Service needs they may have. Being a “Mature” women, on my own, I sometimes feel vulnerable to being taken advantage of by Sales or Service personnel. Especially when dealing with Automotive issues. I have never felt this at Ford of Clermont.

I ordered a Ford Bronco from this dealership in February of 2022. It was finally delivered yesterday, so I went in to pick it up. Upon ordering in February, I signed an agreement that detailed out the pricing and trims of my vehicle with the dealership. Both parties signed and agreed on a price. When I arrived, they told me my agreement was no longer valid for many ridiculous reasons that just sounded like excuses for bad business. In fact, they lost my agreement so I’m glad I showed up with mine in hand. I was confused as well, two salesmen assisted me in purchase, Rob and Augustine. Rob was the person I spoke to the most, he was kind and professional. He never made me feel disrespected in any way, and I felt he never wasted my time. Augustine, on the other hand, pulled my leg the whole time, and then in the end wanted to make sure I would leave a good review, ensuring me he would have done the same things I did. I’m so tired of salesmen using this tactic of “I’m just the messenger” but also being massively disrespectful and wasting my time. At the end of the day, it didn’t matter what excuses anyone had to tell me. I signed an agreement with Ford of Clermont, and as they are still active and working as Ford of Clermont, my agreement should have been honored and respected. Richard, the new manager, was kind and respectful, no matter how much I told these people that I signed an agreement and it should be honored, but they couldn’t seem to understand that. So all in all, if you ordered a vehicle at Ford of Clermont and signed an agreement, don’t expect it to be honored.

Im very upset!!!!! I brought my truck here and my spacer bolts were replaced with high quality bolts and my window drivers side not closing well and a oil change… my oil change light kept turning on because they didn’t re set it!! The window was making a horrible noise because they left a piece of plastic inside!!! This weekend we almost killed someone in a motorcycle because my whole tire just came off in turn pike!!!! You deserve to get sued!!!!

Great team from start to finish! Hunter and Mike (Fitz) are both super friendly and very easy to work with. They did not seem Pushy at all, in fact, I was pleasantly surprised to find just the opposite. Fitz listened quietly and offered me several suggestions. I had a very specific need and both gentlemen went out of their way to help accommodate. No question; this was the smoothest vehicle purchase I have ever experienced. If you are looking for a new car but don't want to purchase from a dealer because of a poor experience at a prior dealership; I would encourage you to come to FORD of Clermont and allow Mike (aka Fitz) or Hunter the opportunity to show you the right way to do business! Great Work Guys! Shout out to Mike in finance as well. He listened to what I wanted and didn't hesitate to find the perfect solution. I can get frustrated and stressed pretty easily but I never felt myself in that position once while working with Ford of Clermont! That means a lot to me... Thank you!
