Kevin, Ricardo and Vanessa……SHOUT OUT TO ALL THREE!!! Came to Clermont to purchase a vehicle. I was told to go to Clermont for great service. We arrived at the dealership and Kevin helped us while Ricardo was helping another customer. Ricardo took us to view the truck outside and explained the truck better then anyone in years who had knowledge about a vehicle. We went back inside to Kevin and hands down Kevin took the time and made us feel so important and valued. He explained every aspect of car buying at Clermont. We we’re able to purchase a beautiful TACOMA and he worked with us to ensure a great deal. We ended our day with Vanessa who was so organized and explained everything to us. These three went above and beyond to give us 150% service. NEVER WILL BE ABLE TO THANK THEM FOR ALL THEY DID FOR US!!! Knowledge and just pure respect they all three had. We did a cross country move and our primary car failed within the first three days of arriving in Florida. After calling dozens of dealerships, we ended up at Toyota of Clermont for the best value for a brand new hybrid SUV. We were greeted by Luis as we approached the dealership and not only was he extremely friendly with great customer service, he knew an unbelievable amount of details regarding each vehicle! He gave us insight on the area and taught us more about the vehicles than we found online. He introduced us to Jonathan in sales who was extremely professional, courteous, kind. Everything you hoped for in a dealership salesperson; request him if you can. He gave us a quote to trade in our vehicle and worked with us to negotiate a higher value. We were so happy with it, we came back and brought the two of them lunch because they made the transaction so easy for us and gave us a better deal saving us $$$. Jonathan was very transparent in all the costs from the beginning and was not at all pushy. After signing, he gave us his phone number to keep in touch regarding updates on the vehicle delivery and was very responsive in the coming days until we had the vehicle in our possession. We complimented both of them on their customer service and selling skills. I only wish we got to speak to their managers to let them know how happy we were with their employees. We fully planned on paying cash from the get-go so our transaction was relatively simple. Our car was delivered sooner than expected, just a couple of days after first visiting the dealership. Sabrina helped us with paperwork on the final day and made it super quick and easy for us and was very kind towards our daughter who was becoming impatient and hungry. It’s a crazy time to purchase a car right now but we would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Toyota!

Worked with Billy Patrick on the numbers and he found me a great deal, the best sales person I have dealt with when buying a car.
