Absolutely the worse experience I have ever had with a bank, I moved from NY, 15 years with Citi, no citi in FL, picked Chase. My husband and I have a join account, we opened one with chase as well as a child card for my kid. To make the story short, they “cancelled” my saving, checking and daughters account for “fraud” 0 explanation, 0 emails 0 phones calls, we deposited all our money in the bank, both my husband’s and I direct deposits missing, money missing, my child out of state with no card/money training. After 2 days of back and forward (to add, I am going international in 2 days, with no bank, no direct deposit) and they are telling me I have to schedule appointments to help fix the issue. DO NOT GIVE CHASE YOUR MONEY, I understand things happen, it is understating, but they do not have any intentions to help, they want you to make ian appointment to help you with situations that requiere attention immediately, how do you tell someone to make an appointment when they are living internationally and they need to figure out how they will get their direct deposit. I cancelled everything and I am taking my $$$ to a different bank! Chase is the worse, this branch, other branches, as well as customer service, all very unhelpful people. Now I have to wait for checks to come in the mail, my daughters account with all her savings no one can answer us on where is the money, all I am saying is, imagine if someone lives pay check by paycheck, with no extra money to wait around, how do they do that to people, with out a second to help figure things out, or a notice to come to the bank before cancelling anything. I am grateful I did not move all my money from my previous bank, and we can wait 2-4 weeks for our paychecks. Never again!!!! The reviews here are very true, don’t bank with Chase!

Their ATM machine at the entrance has consistently been unreliable at reading cash bills that I try to deposit and always spits them back out. Now, it is taking them and not properly reading them therefore not having my cash money into my account. Going inside to ask for help, they simply tell me to complain at someone else by giving me a number. To top it off, this branch does not have tellers to accommodate this simple issue of going through them instead. Not going back there anymore.

If I could give zero I would. Chase has you waiting an hour or next day to get a notary. Every time I go to try to get something done here, they are never available. Ask me to make an appointment in the next few days. I went to UPS for 10 bucks and was done in 5 minutes. Chase is horrible in the lobby. Find another bank.

Have used Chase for years but it seems customer service has declined and customers are no longer important. Always have to wait and since this is the closest branch to my house (20mins) it is not convenient to come back. They aren't rude but not friendly and definitely don't make you feel important as a customer. Thinking of re-evaluating where I do my banking so I can have friendly service and maybe someplace closer to home. Chase is everywhere but no Chase or even ATM within 15-20miles of my home.

It’s a shame the picked this location to remove tellers. This is the busiest location vs. the one deeper into Clermont. The ATM almost never works. Not to mention, I never get a receipt. Not sure if that’s normal. Not exactly sure what the point of this branch is.

NO TELLERS! I understand that things are less “cash oriented” now: but I can’t even see a teller to do a cash transaction....not even one teller to take my cash, wth! The person there pointed to an ATM where the teller used to take/count my cash. I have to go 20 minutes out of my way to have an actual transaction with a human.

Crystal helped me with a complex situation where I was locked out of my account due to fraudulent activity. This required multiple phone calls to different departments AND for her to stay on hold for over 30 min. Long story short, she was so polite, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks Crystal!

I have great experience with Chase at my local bank in Lake Nona and I had to stop by this location because I was in the area. The guy that helped me did just enough for what I needed but his customer service was not welcoming and I feel sorry for people that have this location as their local bank.
