My car was hit in the back and they did an awesome job keeping me informed and my car looks great. My bumper was on back order so they went and found me a recycled bumper. Ricardo and his team were awesome.

Tim from Caliber Collision in Clermont was absolutely amazing — to say the least. I’m almost never the type to go out of the way to leave a review but they certainly earned it. My repair being done 100% OEM Parts was HUGE to me as an upfront dealbreaker, and that was approved. I was very concerned about paint match, and it looks PERFECT in matching to the OEM DB Black Paint. As well, they even ordered OEM Sterling Silver stripes to match the original on the rest of the car. Additionally, they were able to identify additional issues unseen to my amateur eye. After seeing the extensive work needed to make me feel the vehicle was 100% again, they did not hesitate to reassure me everything will be done to my specific preferences. If it wasn’t for the (implied) trust and confidence I had in Tim’s work, it would’ve been so much more stressful of an experience. If this seems like I’m an overbearing customer, please know this is a Dodge Durango Hellcat. It is a $100,000 vehicle and I had it three weeks before the accident. I just want to give a HUGE shoutout to Tim he is the best service advisor you could ask for I had my brand new truck in for some dents and a couple things happened while it was there but Tim navigated it and made sure I was happy at the end result it may of taken a while and some lack Of communication here and there but overall it wasn’t anything Tim did he always was there to ensure I had a satisfied experience if it wasn’t for Tim I wouldn’t of left a review if you have to go here definitely request Tim!

Bruce and his team are amazing! The customer service was extraordinary and the free comedy show when you walk in the building is hilarious! These guys and gals have a blast taking care of their customers and it leads to an amazing overall experience! The work from the shop is unbelievable and the paint matching on my white w/ diamond flake Honda is very seriously perfect! Had my sunroof destroyed on the Florida Turnpike by a rock, and saw my vehicle was not safe to drive, my insurance got me connected to Caliber Collision. Caliber got me in the same day and coordinated for the rental car for me and made everything feel simple. This team went above and beyond to fix my vehicle! The communication was the best I've experienced, and was kept in the loop every step. Customer service is tough, but they kept their game face on while obviously extremely busy. I'll bring my business here moving forward.

My car was returned to me looking better than I could have imagined. It looked as if nothing has ever happened to it. The whole front end used to hang on the ground and the hood was damaged. Great staff, kept me informed the entire time touching base every few days. My car was ready almost 5 days early.
