I'm a longtime mechanic and this used to be my go to store in the area, but have got a real superiority complex as of late. Condescending and very short answers, if you get one at all.

Bryan and Alejandro SAVED MY BUTT!!! I was from out of the area and found the store on my way home after my windshield wiper had a mishap! Bryan was really kind and made sure I got the right blade. When they had trouble with it Alejandro jumped in and then made sure I left without paying extra $$. Great guys! Great store. Thanks so much!

The store manager Omar is extremely rude he has a attitude instead of helping customers. The workers there never understand what they are doing! Worst place to go!

Great experience! The staff was knowledgeable, helpful and patient. Even helped me save some money finding a equal quality part for a better price! If you need to visit a auto part store in Clermont, I'd highly recommend this location.

Better to take your vehicle to a dealer for new batteries. It wouldn't have cost me any more, and they would have made sure my truck's electronics were functioning after changing the batteries. Have to pay extra to have that taken care of, because Advance Auto Parts won't take care of it. In response to the owner, I did contact the manager and it was not fixed. He tried to have some "buddy" of his reset it, but when his device didn't work, he said some wires in my vehicle must have been chewed.

We were visiting from out of town. Our engine light came on and Michael and Shawn were able to detect the problem. The guys were great to assist us so late on a Sunday evening. We walked into the store 15 minutes before closing and they were more than helpful. It was peace of mind knowing we could drive back home without any major issues. Thank you both!
